The posting

The Opportunity: Travel is about more than just getting from A to B; it’s about where your story takes off. As our new Senior Analyst, Ancillary Revenue, you will be the business owner and subject matter expert for one of our ancillary revenue streams. This is more than an analytics role. You will manage a portfolio as if it were a small business, balancing commercial performance, customer experience, operational considerations, and competitive positioning. Working closely with leaders across Commercial, Digital, Operations, Pricing, Technology, and Finance, you will be accountable for understanding every aspect of your product's performance and ensuring it continues to deliver value for both guests and the business. If you are a commercial thinker who loves aviation and wants to see your strategy come to life, this is your runway.   What You Will Do:

Own the Business: Act as the commercial owner for your revenue portfolio, maintaining a deep understanding of product performance, market dynamics, customer behavior, and revenue trends. Continuously identify opportunities to improve revenue, profitability, and guest experience. Be the Subject Matter Expert: Become the organization's expert on ancillary products, policies, pricing, customer demand, competitive practices, and industry trends. Provide trusted recommendations and guidance to leaders and stakeholders across the organization. Build the Business Case: Lead development of robust financial models and business cases to support strategic investments, product changes, and commercial initiatives. Turn Data into Decisions: Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, customer insights, risks, and opportunities. Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations that drive commercial outcomes. Lead Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with Digital, Technology, Marketing, Contact Centre, Revenue Management, Finance, and Airport teams to successfully launch and optimize initiatives. Influence Leaders: Prepare executive-level presentations and recommendations for senior leadership. Communicate complex findings with clarity and confidence, enabling informed business decisions.

What You Bring to the Table:

The Basics: A Bachelor’s degree (Business, Economics, Mathematics, or similar) and 5+ years of experience in a commercial or analytical role. An MBA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent advanced professional designation is considered a strong asset. The Toolkit: You are an Excel power user, have advanced data analysis skills (SQL, Alteryx, Tableau/Power BI), and can craft a persuasive deck in PowerPoint. The Mindset: You are curious, commercially minded, and detail oriented. You are comfortable taking ownership and accountability for business outcomes. You don't just find problems; you propose solutions.

The Passion: You have a genuine interest in aviation and want to understand the mechanics of airline revenue.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
