It will also translate the team’s capability and functional excellence strategy into clear communications that explain the vision, progress, and expected business outcomes.    The successful candidate will bring exceptional communication skills and significant experience strengthening functional capability through modern communication, training, and change management practices. As part of the Process and Strategy team, the role will help develop and improve the technology and data roadmap, process documentation, talent and engagement plans, continuous improvement and benchmarking practices, and category and supplier performance capabilities.    As the lead communications resource for Supply Chain and Procurement, this role will develop and deliver executive communications and presentations – including value creation updates, business-unit training, system functionality updates, supplier communications, cross-functional process improvement communications, transformation change plans, employee scorecards, town halls, and business review materials.    The role will identify and implement opportunities to improve standardization, efficiency, and ways of working. Working with system users and partner teams, the role will also identify process and system risks, recommend and implement effective controls, and communicate the procurement enablement journey to stakeholders.    Success in this role will be demonstrated through strong stakeholder adoption of procurement processes and systems, accessible and current training and knowledge content, effective change implementation, and measurable improvements in procurement capability and performance.    Key deliverables include:

Develop, maintain, communicate, and deliver education, guidance, and training for Supply Chain and Procurement policies, procedures, systems, and tools.

Collaborate with the team to develop, implement, and continuously improve value creation and performance scorecards.

Partner with stakeholders to plan, develop, and deliver Supply Chain and Procurement communications tailored to different audiences, including communications related to policies, processes, systems, and organizational changes.

Work cross-functionally to develop and execute change management plans that build stakeholder awareness, readiness, adoption, and sustained use of new processes, systems, and ways of working.

Represent change enablement on Procurement projects by assessing stakeholder impacts, developing change and communication strategies, coordinating implementation activities, and supporting adoption.

Proactively support team members and business partners with documentation, deficiency remediation, process improvement, policy development, training, and problem solving.

Lead and deliver departmental events, including quarterly town halls, internal communications, and training sessions.

Co-manage Supply Chain and Procurement’s continuous improvement intake process by assessing opportunities, supporting prioritization, assigning ownership, monitoring progress, and leading selected initiatives.

Support Intake-to-Pay system administration by partnering with business-unit stakeholders and IT to resolve system performance issues, provide end-user support, enable new features, coordinate release testing, and develop and maintain process and system training content.

Develop and maintain Procurement knowledge content and information architecture across relevant SharePoint sites, ensuring materials are current, accessible, and easy for employees and stakeholders to navigate.

Develop, execute, and evaluate annual Supply Chain and Procurement training and development plans aligned with functional priorities and identified capability gaps.

  Experience and qualifications:

Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with demonstrated ability to create clear, high-quality communications for executive, employee, supplier, and cross-functional audiences.

Seven or more years of progressive experience in Procurement or Supply Chain, with demonstrated knowledge of procurement processes, stakeholder engagement, and organizational enablement.

Previous Category Management, contracting, or buying experience is an asset.

Demonstrated experience developing and implementing change management plans that achieve measurable stakeholder readiness, adoption, and sustained business outcomes.

Strong process orientation, analytical judgment, attention to detail, and a record of delivering continuous improvement and measurable results.

Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and build alignment across Procurement, business units, corporate functions, suppliers, and technical teams without relying on direct authority.

Collaborative, service-oriented approach and demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships with stakeholders and Procurement colleagues.

Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities, adjust plans as business needs change, and deliver high-quality work within tight timelines.

Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, solve problems, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
