- Permanent role
- All Australian Locations considered
What’s the role?
Want to turn workplace data into decisions that genuinely shape how people use our spaces?
As our Workplace Intelligence Lead, you’ll use data, insights and forecasting to help us understand how our corporate workplaces are being used, where demand is changing and what this means for future workplace and portfolio planning.
You’ll bring together workplace, occupancy and workforce insights to identify trends, capacity risks and opportunities, translating these into clear recommendations that stakeholders can act on. You’ll also work with partner teams to shape and improve reporting and analytics capabilities, making workplace insights easier to access, understand and use.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across our divisions, helping them make informed decisions around workplace capacity, changing workforce needs and future planning.
What do I need?
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to identify meaningful trends and insights from complex information.
• Experience using Power BI or similar dashboard and visualisation tools, including opportunities to improve or automate reporting.
• An analytical and curious approach to problem solving, with the ability to turn data into practical recommendations.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate data and technical information into clear, simple stories for different audiences.
• Confidence building relationships and influencing stakeholders, with an interest in workplace, property or occupancy insights welcomed but not essential.
