- Proactively identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements across systems and workflows

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 4+ years of experience in systems integration or backend engineering roles, with a focus on EDI integrations

- Deep expertise in EDI standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and familiarity with key transaction sets used in supply chain and finance workflows

- Hands-on experience with EDI platforms or integration tools (e.g., Cleo, SPS Commerce, Boomi, Orderful, MuleSoft, Workato)

- Strong proficiency in data transformation and mapping technologies, and understanding of structured data formats such as JSON, XML, and flat files

- Familiarity with backend programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) and experience building or managing APIs

- Familiarity with ERP, logistics, and finance systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or similar

- Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to manage integration projects end-to-end

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Experience in high-growth environments with complex business systems and data ecosystems

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
