Principales responsabilidades

  • Gestión & Cercanía con Clientes: Construir relaciones de confianza con equipos operativos y estratégicos, mapeando necesidades, pains y planes de acción concretos por cuenta.
  • Discovery & Desarrollo de Oportunidades: Identificar necesidades de digitalización/automatización y traducir casos de uso de negocio en oportunidades de cross-sell y upsell.
  • Acompañamiento Estratégico de Soluciones: Actuar como nexo entre el cliente y los equipos internos (Producto, Delivery, CS, Preventa), acompañando el ciclo de adopción y valor del producto de punta a punta.
  • Contribución al Crecimiento Local: Participar en los objetivos colectivos de crecimiento de Widergy en Chile, representando la marca localmente con alto nivel de autonomía.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia: 4 a 7 años en gestión de clientes B2B/Enterprise, discovery funcional y acompañamiento de proyectos tecnológicos en empresas SaaS, tecnología, consultoría o transformación digital.
  • Criterio Técnico-Funcional: Acostumbrado/a a entornos digitales, capaz de dialogar con soltura sobre arquitecturas de soluciones, APIs, integraciones y journeys digitales (sin necesidad de programar).
  • Competencias Clave: Pensamiento estructurado, alta curiosidad, orientación al cliente, mentalidad consultiva y excelente capacidad de coordinación/articulación.
  • Modalidad: Residencia en Chile, con flexibilidad para trabajo remoto, visitas a clientes locales y viajes puntuales de coordinación regional a Argentina.
  • Deseable: Experiencia previa en el sector de Utilities o Servicios Públicos. Nivel de inglés profesional (plus).
