Qué buscamos

Buscamos un Product Owner con pensamiento estratégico y capacidad de ejecución, que sea capaz de gestionar múltiples stakeholders, tanto interno como externos, alineando las necesidades a la estrategia y los objetivos del negocio.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Crear, gestionar y priorizar el backlog de producto en función de la estrategia, el valor de negocio, la viabilidad técnica y el impacto en el cliente final.
  • Escribir y refinar user stories, criterios de aceptación y épicas junto con los equipos de desarrollo y diseño.
  • Traducir la estrategia en planes y accionables concretos que garanticen el delivery.
  • Ser el referente principal entre el equipo de producto y los stakehoders internos y clientes.
  • Liderar el equipo de producto para conseguir el delivery y posterior medición de Outcomes.
  • Data-driven: Definir, monitorear y comunicar métricas de producto que permitan medir la evolucion del producto y el éxito de las iniciativas desarrolladas.
  • Liderar discovery de usuarios con clientes utilities para identificar problemas de fondo y validar hipótesis antes de construir.
  • Detectar oportunidades de mejora en el producto y proponer soluciones con sustento en datos.

Requisitos

  • Universitario avanzado/completo o terciario. Preferentemente en estudios relacionados a diseño industrial, ingeniería informática o negocios digitales.
  • Experiencia previa de al menos 5 años trabajando en empresas SaaS, B2B, Enterprise o Transformación digital con foco en producto y con múltiples stakeholders en simultaneo.
  • Uso habitual de herramientas de IA (LLMs, asistentes, agentes) como parte del flujo de trabajo diario de producto.
  • Conocimiento de la industria de utilities (distribución de electricidad, agua o gas) o negocios regulados (telco/bancos/fintechs) (Deseable)
  • Conocimiento de herramientas de diseño (Figma, Canva, Suite Adobe) (Deseable)
  • Conocimientos de herramientas de análisis de datos (Mixpanel, Power BI, Tableau, Excel) (Deseable)
  • Inglés (nivel intermedio) / Portugues (deseable)
