Jouw rol binnen Pipelife

Voor de Technische Dienst van de productieafdeling Extrusie & handgemaakte hulpstukken in Enkhuizen, zijn wij op zoek naar een leergierige en collegiale monteur elektro met passie voor complexe machines.

Als Monteur Elektrotechniek ben je binnen jouw vakgebied mede verantwoordelijk voor onderhouds-, reparatie- en nieuwbouwwerkzaamheden aan onze complexe machines voor de productie van kunststof leidingsystemen (extruders, warmvervormers en volgapparatuur). Hierbij is jouw expertise van grote waarde. Zo zorg je voor het tijdig en effectief opsporen en verhelpen van elektro- en besturingstechnische storingen. Je legt leidingen en bedrading aan en installeert PLC’s en schakelkasten. Daarbij raadpleeg je bedradingsschema’s en installatietekeningen en past deze aan wanneer nodig. Uiteraard hoort het onderhouden van gereedschappen en meetapparatuur ook tot je takenpakket en borg jij netjes al je bevindingen in het (digitale) systeem. De werkzaamheden vinden plaats in de dagdienst. In uitzonderlijk geval, kan worden overgegaan tot een 2-ploegendienstrooster. Binnen de Technische dienst wordt bij toerbeurt consignatiedienst gedraaid.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Onderhouds-, reparatie- en nieuwbouwwerkzaamheden
  • Verhelpen van complexe elektro- en besturingstechnische storingen
  • Registratie van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en storingen in het onderhoudssysteem.
  • Meedenken over procesverbetering

Wat jij in huis hebt

Om deze functie met plezier te kunnen doen, neem jij het volgende mee:

  • Een elektrotechnische opleiding op minimaal MBO-3 niveau.
  • Enige jaren werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie in de (proces)industrie.
  • Kennis van PLC besturing en NEN-3140 regelgeving.
  • Kennis van elektomechanische aandrijfsystemen

Kennis van hydrauliek en pneumatiek is een pré.

Je bent een enthousiaste teamplayer, flexibel en betrokken. Netjes, veilig en nauwkeurig werken is voor jou een vanzelfsprekendheid. Tevens ben je bereid jezelf verder te specialiseren in meet- en regeltechniek en heb je de potentie om door te groeien in jouw vakgebied. Je voelt je prettig in een dynamische en soms hectische omgeving en laat je niet snel uit het veld slaan.
