Jouw rol binnen Pipelife

Als operator ben je een onmisbare schakel in het productieproces. Je gaat alle facetten van het vak doorlopen om zo een volwaardige operator te worden met eventueel mogelijkheden om door te groeien naar misschien wel uiteindelijk (vervangend) Ploegchef. Als operator bewaak je nauwgezet het productieproces en ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van productie- en kwaliteitsdoelstellingen. Je controleert op een juiste werking van de productielijn. Je voert gebruikersonderhoud uit en verhelpt kleine storingen aan de productielijn. Ook controleer je de kwaliteit van het (eind)product volgens vastgestelde normen en maakt deze mede verzendklaar. Je draagt actief bij aan de verbeterdoelen van de afdeling en bent in staat om de productielijnen zelfstandig te bedienen en het productieproces verder te optimaliseren.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Het controleren en verpakken van diverse soorten kunststof hulpstukken. Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van productie- en kwaliteitsdoelstellingen. Het voeren van bedieningswerkzaamheden aan de spuitgietmachines, die allen zijn voorzien van geavanceerde besturingsautomatisering. Verhelpen van kleine storingen en voer je gebruiksonderhoud uit. Bijdragen aan het realiseren van een kwalitatief en kwantitatief eindproduct en het registreren van productiegegevens (productie- en manuren e.d.).

Wat jij in huis hebt

· Een flexibele en betrokken instelling en je werkt goed zelfstandig als in teamverband.

· Ervaring in een productieomgeving in een ploegendienstsysteem.

· Je bent communicatief vaardig, iemand die veiligheid hoog in het vaandel heeft staan.

· Je weet een slagvaardige instelling te combineren met vakmanschap en kwaliteitsbewustzijn.

· Potentie en ambitie hebben om door te groeien en bereid zijn om aanvullende trainingen en/of cursussen te volgen.
