Wij zijn op zoek naar een energieke HR Adviseur die graag op de werkvloer staat, snel schakelt en echt het verschil wil maken. Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor HR-zaken op onze locaties in Leeuwarden en Hoogeveen en weet feilloos te balanceren tussen tactisch meedenken en praktisch uitvoeren. Je standplaats is Leeuwarden maar natuurlijk ben je ook regelmatig aanwezig op onze andere locaties.

Je ondersteunt managers en collega’s bij uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken, van verzuimbegeleiding en werving tot het toepassen van wet- en regelgeving. Dit doe je in de eerste plaats voor de GrainPlastics fabrieken in Leeuwarden en Hoogeveen maar waar nodig ook voor de andere entiteiten van Wienerberger Nederland.

Je maakt deel uit van het HR team van Wienerberger, het moederbedrijf van GrainPlastics. Samen met het HR-team werk je aan projecten, verbeter je beleid en zorg je dat alles soepel loopt, mensgericht én resultaat gedreven. Je krijgt veel vrijheid, verantwoordelijkheid en de kans om echt jouw stempel te drukken, bij de locaties van GrainPlastics maar ook bij de andere entiteiten van Wienerberger Nederland.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Samen met de (Senior) HR Businesspartner ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren van bestaand beleid (ziekteverzuim, retentie, promotie, etc.). Ook neem je deel aan diverse projectgroepen op het gebied van HR binnen wienerberger Nederland.
  • Je begeleidt verzuimtrajecten (frequent en langdurig verzuim) en onderhoudt contact met alle betrokken partijen.
  • Adviseren van medewerkers en managers bij personele-, organisatorische- en veranderaspecten.
  • Je ziet toe op een juiste toepassing van wet- en regelgeving (bijvoorbeeld sociale wetgeving, bedrijfsprocedures, arbeidsovereenkomsten en Wet verbetering Poortwachter).
  • Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van functiebeschrijvingen als basis voor selectie, evaluatie, beoordeling en ontwikkeling van medewerkers.
  • Je onderneemt acties op basis van signalen uit het personeelsinformatiesysteem, bij einde proeftijd, einde contract, jubilea etc.

Wat jij in huis hebt

  • Afgeronde MBO+/HBO diploma in HRM en aantoonbare ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, bij voorkeur in de industrie/productie/techniek sector
  • Kennis van arbeidsrecht, HR-software en HR-processen
  • Affiniteit met recruitment
  • Een proactieve, flexibele houding en sterke communicatieskills.
