Dit ga je doen

Als Allround Operator werk je in het hart van ons productieproces. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze installaties en machines optimaal draaien, zodat onze keramische dakpannen elke dag voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen.

Je werkt in een volcontinu 3-ploegendienst met een vast ritme:

  • 3 dagen vroege dienst van 06:00 tot 14:00 uur
  • 3 dagen late dienst van 14:00 tot 22:00 uur
  • Daarna 3 dagen vrij

Gemiddeld werk je 36,84 uur per week. De ploegentoeslag bedraagt 28,57% over alle gewerkte uren. De ADV is in het rooster verwerkt.

Jouw werkzaamheden

  • Bedienen, instellen, ombouwen en controleren van installaties en productiemachines
  • Signaleren en verhelpen van storingen — zelfstandig of samen met de technische dienst
  • Uitvoeren van gebruikersonderhoud aan de machines
  • Waarborgen van productkwaliteit en veiligheid op de werkvloer
  • Ondersteunen van de technische dienst bij onderhoudswerkzaamheden waar nodig
