Jouw rol binnen Wioniq Benelux

De Sales Engineer Binnendienst is verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van het salesteam buitendienst, de buitenlandse salesoffices en het commerciële proces door klanten en prospects te voorzien van technisch-inhoudelijk advies, productinformatie, offertes en documentatie. Deze rol vormt de schakel tussen de Sales operations (buitendienst) en de klant en draagt bij aan het succesvol aanbieden van onze E2E‑oplossingen (hardware, software en SaaS-platform) voor het monitoren, bewaken en besturen van Assets in de openbare infrastructuren van water en energie, hardware en softwareproducten

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Klantcontact & Advies geven
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor technische en commerciële vragen vanuit klanten en onze salesoffices in het buitenland
  • Begrijpen van klantbehoeften en deze vertalen naar passende oplossingen binnen het product portfolio (SaaS, hardware, software en H2gO- en TCN-dashboards)
  • Verzorgen van remote productuitleg en technische toelichting Sales Ondersteuning
  • Opstellen, opvolgen en nabellen van offertes en aanbestedingsdocumenten
  • Voorbereiden van klantpresentaties, demo‑materiaal en technische documentatie
  • Contacten onderhouden met ons marketing- en communicatie-team
  • Ondersteunen van accountmanagers bij pre‑sales trajecten en klantafspraken Technische Kennis & Productondersteuning
  • Up‑to‑date blijven over de technische werking van Wioniq‑producten en oplossingen
  • Signaleren van feedback vanuit klanten richting productontwikkeling
  • Ondersteunen bij het opstellen technische productdocumentatie in meerdere talen Administratie & Procesbewaking
  • Vastleggen van klantcontacten, offertes en statusupdates in het CRM‑systeem
  • Bewaken van lopende aanvragen, deadlines en technische specificaties
  • Ondersteunen bij het opstellen van servicecontracten en documentatie.

Wat jij in huis hebt

  • MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau
  • Ervaring in een technische of commerciële binnendienstfunctie, bij voorkeur binnen SaaS, IOT en industriële automatiseringsoplossingen
  • Affiniteit met software, hardware en datavisualisatie‑oplossingen
  • Bekendheid met technische tekeningen, zowel mechanisch/civieltechnisch als elektrotechnisch
