Ben jij een ervaren productiemedewerker die graag meer verantwoordelijkheid wil nemen? Wil je collega's aansturen, processen verbeteren en een belangrijke rol spelen binnen onze dakpannenfabriek? Dan is deze functie bij Janssen-Dings in Tegelen iets voor jou.

Over de functie

Als Vervangend Teamleider Hulpstukken ondersteun je de Teamleider bij de dagelijkse aansturing van de afdeling. Je zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd.

Bij afwezigheid van de Teamleider neem jij de leiding over en ben je het aanspreekpunt voor het team. Je bewaakt de voortgang, ondersteunt collega's op de werkvloer en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteit, veiligheid en productiviteit gewaarborgd blijven.

Daarnaast houd je toezicht op het correct verwerken van gegevens in het PCS-systeem, bewaak je de 5S-standaard en vertegenwoordig je de afdeling tijdens het dagelijkse ochtendoverleg.

Deze functie wordt uitgevoerd in dagdienst.
