DEINE AUFGABEN:

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position bist du für die Steuerung zentraler Prozesse und das Management wichtiger Projekte verantwortlich und übernimmst ergänzend Aufgaben in der Qualitätssicherung. Die Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

Prozessmanagement:

  • Entwicklung und Implementierung effizienter Prozessstrukturen, die unsere Arbeitsweise nachhaltig verbessern.
  • Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Geschäftsprozesse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen.
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Prozessdokumentationen sowie regelmäßige Reviews von Prozessen
  • Übernahme von Key-User-Aufgaben für die Prozessmanagement-Applikation, inklusive Schulung der Mitarbeitenden.
  • Begleitung von Sonderprozessen, Sicherstellung von Zertifizierungen und Einhaltung der Prozess-Compliance.

Projektmanagement:

  • Unterstützung bei der unternehmensweiten Implementierung einer strukturierten Projektsteuerung.
  • Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Projekten mit zentraler Verantwortung.
  • Erstellung von Projektstatusberichten und Präsentation der Ergebnisse an das Management.

DAS ZEICHNET DICH AUS:

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches oder kaufmännisches Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Prozessmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Praxiserprobte Erfahrung im Prozessmanagement, vorzugsweise im Bereich Retail oder Großhandel
  • Datenanalyse- und Reporting-Fähigkeiten für Prozesskennzahlen (KPIs)
  • Praktische Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Prozessmanagement-Tools (z. B. ConSense)
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen und anderen relevante Software-Tools
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit, um effektiv mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammenzuarbeiten
