DEINE AUFGABEN:

Du willst nicht nur zusehen, sondern verstehen, mitarbeiten und Verantwortung übernehmen? Dann ist unser 15-monatiges Trainee-Programm im Bereich Supply Chain genau das Richtige für dich.

Bei uns lernst du die gesamte Wertschöpfungskette kennen – von der Bestellung zum Wareneingang bis zum Warenausgang – und arbeitest von Anfang an operativ mit. Du bekommst wertvolle Einblicke in verschiedene Abteilungen Du durchläufst alle relevanten Bereiche unserer Supply Chain:

  • Wareneingang & Kommissionierung (Lagerlogistik)
  • Produktion & Produktionssteuerung
  • Warenausgang & Versand
  • Einkauf
  • Disposition

Du arbeitest aktiv im Tagesgeschäft mit, übernimmst eigenständige Aufgaben und bekommst Einblick in Kennzahlen, Prozesssteuerung und Optimierung. Kein reines Mitlaufen – sondern echtes Mitgestalten.

DAS ZEICHNET DICH AUS:

  • Abgeschlossene Matura (HAK, HTL, AHS o.ä.) oder abgeschlossene Lehre
  • Du hast Freude am Lernen in der Praxis
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und Bereitschaft, operativ mitanzupacken
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Lernbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und Verlässlichkeit
  • Magst IT-Systeme und andere technische Medien, auch der Umgang mit Zahlen spornt dich an
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung im Lager-, Produktions- oder Logistikumfeld ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss.

Unser Ziel für dich: Nach 15 Monaten verfügst du über ein fundiertes Gesamtverständnis unserer Supply Chain und bist bereit, erste eigene Verantwortungsbereiche zu übernehmen.
