You will:
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for LiveRamp’s Data Marketplace, aligned to company objectives and customer needs. - Lead product discovery to identify opportunities that improve data quality, discoverability, packaging, activation, measurement, and monetization. - Translate customer, partner, commercial, and market insights into clear product requirements, priorities, and measurable outcomes. - Establish and communicate product goals, success metrics, delivery milestones, and decision frameworks across stakeholders. - Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Privacy, and Operations to deliver products that are scalable, intuitive, commercially viable, and privacy-conscious. - Use quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate product performance, adoption, retention, revenue contribution, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. - Lead cross-functional planning and execution from concept through launch, including experimentation, beta programs, enablement, and post-launch optimization. - Develop strategies to expand the marketplace ecosystem by improving supplier and buyer experiences and enabling trusted data collaboration across LiveRamp’s network. - Identify and address risks related to data governance, privacy, compliance, quality, transparency, and platform scalability. - Communicate product strategy, progress, tradeoffs, and results to executives and cross-functional stakeholders. - Within the first 3 months, develop a deep understanding of LiveRamp, its components, the Marketplace Ecosystem and establish deep connections with your engineering and commercial counterparts - Within the first 6 months, establish a prioritized roadmap, baseline key metrics, deepen relationships with customers and data partners, and align the team around near-term opportunities. - Within 12 months, deliver meaningful product improvements that increase marketplace adoption, data usage, customer value, and operational effectiveness. - Within 18 months, scale a differentiated marketplace experience and demonstrate sustained impact through measurable growth, stronger partner engagement, and improved customer outcomes.
Your team will:
You will lead the product management function responsible for advancing LiveRamp’s Data Marketplace. The team will help customers discover and activate trusted third-party data, help data partners package and monetize their offerings, and improve the systems and experiences that support marketplace growth.
The team will solve complex problems across data quality, taxonomy, catalog and audience discovery, pricing and packaging, ingestion and activation workflows, measurement, partner integrations, governance, and operational scale. They will work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Commercial, Legal, Privacy, and Operations teams to deliver products that make data collaboration more useful, transparent, and responsible.
About you:
- You have 10+ years of product management experience, including ownership of strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, and end-to-end product delivery. - You have experience building or scaling data products, marketplaces, advertising technology, marketing technology, enterprise software, platforms, or related products. - You thrive in a complex, amorphous and ever evolving environment where you influence without authority and translate complex problems into clear product strategies, requirements, and measurable outcomes - You absorb complexity and can translate it to simplicity You are an athlete, have a strong work ethic and can work simultaneously as a player and a coach - You have experience partnering effectively with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Privacy, and Operations. - You use data, research, experimentation, and customer feedback to make product decisions and evaluate results. - You can communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders. - You can manage multiple priorities, make tradeoffs, and maintain focus in a complex, cross-functional environment. - You understand the importance of privacy, data governance, security, compliance, and responsible data use. - You demonstrate inclusive leadership and create an environment in which team members can do their best work.
Must have Skills:
- Experience working with data platforms with familiarity in data onboarding, taxonomy, segmentation, activation, APIs, cloud platforms, or data interoperability. - Experience launching 0-1 products across multiple customer segments, geographies, or regulatory environments. - Strong self serve capabilities in querying data & leveraging AI for productivity and prototyping
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with data marketplaces, identity, audience products, data monetization, clean rooms, measurement, or data collaboration platforms. - Experience working with third-party data providers, publishers, advertisers, retailers, agencies, technology platforms, or other ecosystem partners. - Experience scaling 1-N products across complex multi-stakeholder environments. - Experience defining marketplace economics, pricing, packaging, commercial models, or partner incentives. - Knowledge of privacy-enhancing technologies and evolving privacy, identity, and addressability requirements.

The approximate annual base compensation range is $192,000 to $283,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
