You will:

  • Own the Financial Services vertical product strategy across LiveRamp’s three solution areas: Consumer Intelligence, Planning & Activation, and Measurement & Optimization; delivering reference data models, outcome recipes, playbooks for banks, card networks, and financial institutions supporting solutions without bespoke builds.
  • Drive deployments across three archetypes: FIs as marketers, as media networks (card-linked offers, brand collabs), and non-advertising use cases (fraud/risk, KYC/AML, cross-LOB collaboration).
  • Define Consumer Intelligence: audience segmentation, merchant/category taxonomies, identity resolution, journey modeling for transaction and card data.
  • Extend Planning & Activation: translate regulated-industry requirements (permissioning, governance, compliance, TPRM) into product requirements, clean-room configs, activation paths.
  • Lead customer discovery with banks, card networks, processors, insurers to validate use cases across identity, activation, measurement, risk/compliance.
  • Partner with Commercial, Sales, GTM, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Legal, Privacy, Security, CS to package offerings; insights packages, brand-collab motions, activation paths, pricing, delivery.
  • Establish success metrics across all three solution areas; launch first FinServ packages and support FMN brand collaborations within 12 months.
  • Shape the FinServ agentic roadmap extending AI workflows to transaction data with governance bank risk/compliance teams accept.
  • Guide solutions from strategy through delivery, launch, enablement, adoption against company objectives.

Your team will:

You will join LiveRamp’s Industry Solutions Product Management organization, reporting to the Sr Director of Industry Solutions Product Management. Work alongside Solution PMs, architects, TPMs, engineers, and data scientists building Consumer Intelligence, Planning & Activation, and Measurement & Optimization for financial institutions.

The FinServ team helps FIs (as marketers, media networks, or non-advertising use cases) use data responsibly to improve customer experience, marketing, measurement, and collaboration, solving for fragmented transaction data, taxonomies, identity resolution, privacy, permissioning, governance, and model risk.

You'll turn customer and market needs into scalable solutions, build repeatable deployment patterns, and help customers realize value across all three solution areas.

About you:

  • 8+ years in product management, technical product strategy, or product solutions. Hands-on experience delivering value to the customer.
  • 3+ years building data, analytics, media, or tech products for banks, card networks, processors, or fintechs.
  • Understands FinServ data structures: transaction/card data, merchant category taxonomies, audience construction.
  • Understands privacy, security, governance, regulatory considerations (GLBA, model governance, compliance review, TPRM).
  • Took a 0-to-1 product/vertical solution from definition through launch and first paying customers, incl. pricing/packaging.
  • Led enterprise discovery, converting ambiguous demand into scoped, sequenced roadmaps with clear success measures.
  • Defines product vision, prioritizes, connects strategy to measurable outcomes.
  • Partners effectively across engineering, design, data science, legal, privacy, security, sales, marketing, commercial, CS.
  • Communicates complex technical, commercial, and regulatory topics to technical and executive audiences.
  • Uses qualitative/quantitative inputs — research, market intelligence, product data — to drive decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Direct experience with commerce media, retail media networks, card-linked offers, merchant-funded rewards programs, or card-network media businesses.
  • Identity resolution, cloud data platforms, APIs, data governance, or privacy-enhancing tech.
  • Building FinServ products for banks, issuers, lenders, insurers, wealth management, processors, fintechs.
  • AI/agentic product development: LLM workflows, context engineering, proactive recommendations, human-in-the-loop.
  • Using experimentation and analytics to improve product adoption.
  • Relationships or operating experience inside a major issuer, card network, processor, or FinServ media business.
  • B2B SaaS, data, or enterprise platform experience.
  • Fraud, risk, KYC/AML, or other non-marketing use cases, incl. cross-LOB sharing under GLBA.
  • Spans multiple solution areas within a data, media, or martech platform. The approximate annual base compensation range is $159,500 to $234,500. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
