The posting

LiveRamp is shaping the future of responsible data collaboration between the world’s leading brands, retailers, financial services providers, and healthcare innovators. As consumers embrace new AI-driven experiences, the LiveRamp data collaboration network exponentially expands the breadth and accuracy of the data on which marketing AI capabilities operate, powering deeper customer insight and measurable performance on a global scale. LiveRamp is headquartered in San Francisco, California, with offices worldwide. Learn more at LiveRamp.com.

You will:

  • Own the Healthcare strategy across LiveRamp’s three product solution areas — Consumer Intelligence, Planning & Activation, and Measurement & Optimization — defining the data models, capabilities, and playbooks that let payers, providers, pharmacy chains, and life sciences companies deploy LiveRamp solutions without bespoke builds.
  • Drive Healthcare solutions end-to-end across four customer and use case archetypes: 1/ payers and providers acting as marketers reaching and measuring their own patients and members, 2/ pharma brands acting as advertisers running HCP and DTC campaigns, 3/ healthcare and pharmacy media networks featuring claims, prescription, and clinical data, and 4/ non-advertising use cases such as population health management, real-world evidence, and clinical research collaboration.
  • Translate regulated-industry requirements — HIPAA, patient consent, de-identification, IRB review, minimum-necessary data use — into product requirements, clean room configurations, and compliant activation and measurement paths.
  • Design and lead solution combinations that pair LiveRamp products with healthcare data providers, ISVs, systems integrators, and cloud partners, defining reference architectures and joint go-to-market packages, and coordinating the internal and external teams needed to build and launch them.
  • Lead customer discovery with payers, health systems, pharmacy chains, and pharmaceutical/life sciences companies, converting ambiguous demand into a scoped, sequenced roadmap with clear success measures.
  • Partner cross-functionally — Commercial, Sales, GTM, engineering, design, data science, legal, privacy, security, and customer success — to package Healthcare offerings, establish success metrics, and rapidly test, iterate and scale Healthcare solutions.
  • Shape the Healthcare agentic roadmap by extending LiveRamp’s AI-powered workflows to healthcare data, with governance and human-in-the-loop review models that compliance, privacy, and legal teams can accept.

About the role:

You will own Healthcare as a vertical within LiveRamp’s Solutions Product Management organization, reporting to the VP of Solutions Product Management. This is an individual-contributor role with cross-functional impact: you’ll scale the Healthcare practice by partnering closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists across the Consumer Intelligence, Planning & Activation, and Measurement & Optimization capabilities on LiveRamp’s data collaboration platform, and with Marketing, GTM, and Commercial teams to bring those solutions to the broader healthcare data and technology ecosystem.

You will help payers, providers, pharmacy chains, and life sciences companies — whether acting as marketers, as media networks, or pursuing non-advertising use cases such as population health, care management, and real-world evidence — use data responsibly to improve patient experiences, marketing, measurement, analytics, and collaboration opportunities. You will help solve complex problems involving fragmented claims and clinical data, therapeutic and condition taxonomies, identity resolution, privacy, consent, governance, interoperability, and evolving healthcare regulatory requirements.

You will work cross-functionally to turn customer and market needs into scalable Healthcare solutions across all three solution areas, establish repeatable patterns for deployments, and help customers realize value from LiveRamp’s Consumer Intelligence, Planning & Activation, and Measurement & Optimization capabilities.

About you:

  • You have at least 8 years of experience in product management, technical product strategy, product solutions, or a closely related role.
  • You have 3+ years of experience building data, analytics, media, or technology products for healthcare organizations, including payers, providers, health systems, pharmacy chains, or pharmaceutical and life sciences companies.
  • You understand healthcare data structures, including claims, EHR/EMR, and pharmacy data, therapeutic and condition taxonomies, and audience construction.
  • You understand the privacy, security, governance, and regulatory considerations that affect healthcare data use, including HIPAA, patient consent, de-identification standards, and IRB or compliance review.
  • You have taken a 0-to-1 product or vertical solution from definition through delivery and launch to first paying customers, including pricing and packaging decisions.
  • You have led discovery directly with enterprise customers and converted ambiguous demand into a scoped, sequenced roadmap with clear success measures.
  • You can define product vision, make prioritization decisions, and connect strategy to measurable customer and business outcomes.
  • You have partnered effectively with engineering, design, data science, legal, privacy, security, sales, marketing, commercial, and customer success teams.
  • You are experienced communicating complex technical, commercial, data, and regulatory topics to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior executives.
  • You use qualitative and quantitative inputs—including customer research, market intelligence, product data, and business analysis—to make informed product decisions.
  • You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • You have experience designing and delivering joint solutions with external partners — such as data providers, ISVs, systems integrators, or cloud platforms — including defining reference architectures, negotiating scope, and aligning roadmaps and go-to-market plans across organizations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Direct experience with retail pharmacy media networks, payer media networks, HCP or DTC marketing, or health-system media businesses.
  • Experience with identity resolution, cloud data platforms, APIs, data governance, privacy-enhancing technologies, or enterprise data architectures.
  • Experience developing healthcare products or solutions for payers, health systems, pharmacy chains, pharmaceutical manufacturers, medical device companies, or life sciences platforms.
  • Experience building or managing solution partnerships with healthcare data providers (e.g., IQVIA, Komodo Health, Symphony Health), EHR/health-IT ISVs, systems integrators (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte), or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks), including co-developed and marketplace-listed offerings.
  • Experience with AI or agentic product development, including LLM-powered workflows, context engineering, proactive recommendations, or human-in-the-loop review models.
  • Experience using experimentation, analytics, and customer feedback to improve product adoption and outcomes.
  • Existing relationships or operating experience inside a major payer, health system, pharmacy chain, or pharmaceutical/life sciences organization.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS, data, technology platform, or enterprise solutions environment.
  • Experience with population health, care management, clinical research, or real-world evidence use cases within healthcare organizations, including data sharing under regulatory frameworks like HIPAA.
  • Experience spanning multiple solution areas — consumer/audience intelligence, campaign planning and activation, and measurement/optimization — within a data, media, or martech platform.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
