Rate: 115 - 125 PLN/h

We are looking for an experienced BI / Data Visualization Developer specializing in Tableau to join a long-term project in the pharmaceutical industry.

You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and optimizing service-related dashboards, transforming business requirements into scalable, standardized and sustainable BI solutions.

The role is primarily focused on hands-on Tableau development, data integration, dashboard performance and visualization standardization. You will collaborate with international business stakeholders, Data Product Owners and technical teams to deliver accurate, reliable and user-friendly reporting solutions.

Your role is:

  • Design, develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize service-related data, ensuring accuracy, performance and usability.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable and standardized dashboard solutions.
  • Apply Tableau development best practices, including performance optimization, quality assurance and consistency across dashboards.
  • Integrate and blend data from multiple sources, leveraging an understanding of underlying data models and structures.
  • Establish and maintain data visualization standards to improve dashboard readability, usability and consistency.
  • Troubleshoot, debug and resolve issues within existing Tableau dashboards.
  • Perform ongoing maintenance and enhancements to ensure reporting solutions remain aligned with evolving business needs.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation covering data sources, calculations, business logic and visualization standards.
  • Collaborate with Service Analyst Business Partners, Data Product Owners and technical teams to deliver high-quality BI solutions.

Your skills and experience:

  • 5+ years of commercial experience as a BI Developer or Data Visualization Developer.
  • Advanced knowledge of Tableau, including dashboard development, complex calculations, data blending and performance optimization.
  • Strong SQL skills, with practical experience querying and combining data from multiple sources.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling and experience working with relational databases, APIs and flat files.
  • Experience building scalable, maintainable and standardized dashboard solutions.
  • Knowledge of data visualization best practices, dashboard quality assurance and performance optimization.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug Tableau dashboards and identify data inconsistencies.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to prepare and maintain clear technical documentation.
  • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, Data Product Owners and technical teams.
  • Experience working in structured, delivery-focused environments.
  • English at B2/C1 level, enabling effective communication in an international environment.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with Alteryx / ETL tools.
  • Experience with Power BI / ThoughtSpot.
  • Master’s degree / Engineering degree in Information Technology or Business or relevant.
