Job Description

WHO WE ARE

We’re not in the wing business. We’re in the flavor business. It’s been our mission to Serve the World Flavor since we first opened in 1994, and we’re just getting started. 1997 saw the opening of our first brand partner operated Wingstop location, and by 2002 we had served the world one billion wings. It’s flavor that defines us and has made Wingstop one of the fastest growing brands in the restaurant industry.

Above all else – our success is largely due to our people and our core values, or what we call The Wingstop Way of being entrepreneurial, service-minded, fun, and authentic. We believe having a strong people foundation centered on these collective values creates a crave-worthy culture and talented team, as well as ensures our brand is poised for accelerated growth. We all win together.

  • Operate and support live production workflows involving video switching, audio mixing, recording, streaming, and production platforms such as NewTek TriCaster, Allen & Heath digital mixers, or comparable professional production systems.
  • Experience with BrightSign or equivalent digital signage platforms, including configuration, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting using BrightAuthor or comparable management tools.
  • Support enterprise collaboration technologies and Zoom Rooms, including cameras, microphones, speakers, displays, peripherals, and integrated room-control systems.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot networked AV technologies and workflows, including NDI, Dante, Dante Controller, and AV-over-IP audio and video distribution.
  • Support professional AV control, DSP, audio, and distribution platforms, including Q-SYS/QSC, Crestron, wireless microphone systems, distributed audio, and related technologies.
  • Troubleshoot AV systems end-to-end across audio, video, control, networking, signal flow, cabling, endpoints, and supporting infrastructure.
  • Operate, configure, and troubleshoot professional PTZ camera systems, including camera control, presets, framing, and integration within live production workflows.
  • Coordinate AV system upgrades, expansions, repairs, and installations with internal technology teams, business stakeholders, integrators, and external vendors.
  • Develop and maintain AV documentation, system diagrams, operating procedures, configuration standards, event workflows, and end-user guidance.
  • Provide training and technical guidance to team members and end users to support effective use of AV and collaboration technologies.
  • Evaluate and recommend AV technologies and solutions that improve system reliability, usability, production capabilities, and the overall employee and event experience.
  • Provide AV subject matter expertise, technical recommendations, and guidance for technology initiatives outside of the corporate AV environment as business needs arise.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
