Job Description

WHO WE ARE

We’re not in the wing business. We’re in the flavor business. It’s been our mission to Serve the World Flavor since we first opened in 1994, and we’re just getting started. 1997 saw the opening of our first brand partner operated Wingstop location, and by 2002 we had served the world one billion wings. It’s flavor that defines us and has made Wingstop one of the fastest growing brands in the restaurant industry.

Above all else – our success is largely due to our people and our core values, or what we call The Wingstop Way of being entrepreneurial, service-minded, fun, and authentic. We believe having a strong people foundation centered on these collective values creates a crave-worthy culture and talented team, as well as ensures our brand is poised for accelerated growth. We all win together.

WHAT WE’LL NEED

The International Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the scale of Wingstop’s growing international business. This role will serve as a connector between the Global Support Center (GSC) and international marketing teams, helping ensure marketing initiatives, brand resources, digital platforms, and market communications are executed efficiently and consistently around the world.

The coordinator will provide day-to-day operational and project coordination/support across international marketing, new market entry, social media, asset localization, and global marketing systems.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketing professional to gain broad exposure to international marketing, brand management, campaign execution and new market expansion while supporting a fast-growing global business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage global brand assets and resources within the digital asset management (DAM) system
  • Coordinate creative requests across internal teams, agencies and international markets
  • Support the development, localization and execution of global marketing campaigns and brand assets
  • Prepare presentations, reports, toolkits and marketing materials for internal stakeholders
  • Own the development and distribution of international newsletters
  • Conduct market, consumer and competitive research to support business growth and new market entry
  • Support global social media account creation, onboarding, governance and ongoing management
  • Help establish scalable marketing processes and resources that can be consistently applied across markets
  • Serve as a key liaison between the Global Support Center and international field marketing teams to keep projects aligned and moving forward
  • Maintain global marketing calendars, project trackers and shared documentation
  • Assist with tracking campaign performance, consolidating market results and identifying key learnings
  • Provide coordination and executional support across additional Global Marketing priorities as the international business continues to grow and evolve

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus

Certifications

  • Not required; relevant coursework or extracurricular experience in marketing, events, or project management is a plus

Tools

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and shared collaboration tools
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, or similar) is a plus
  • Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing platforms preferred

People Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset
  • Proactive, self-starter with a willingness to learn
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in dynamic, evolving project environments

WHO YOU ARE

No job is too small. You recognize that the real work happens in the restaurants, and everything we do should support their success. You stay humble, roll up your sleeves, and always look for ways to help. You learn from others and contribute wherever you can.

You care deeply about doing great work and driving results. You’re curious, ask questions, and seek out opportunities to improve. You don’t just point out problems—you bring solutions, ideas, and perspectives that move the team forward.

You take full responsibility for your work and see things through to completion. You aren’t afraid to fail because you know that failure is a part of learning and growth. You take action, move fast, and keep pushing forward.

You lead with empathy, respect, and emotional intelligence. You collaborate effectively, fostering a culture of trust and constructive feedback. You understand the importance of teamwork and ensure that your actions build others up rather than break them down.

You push yourself and others to be better. You embrace healthy conflict, knowing that great ideas and strong teams emerge from honest, constructive conversations. You believe that leaders create leaders and are committed to fostering a culture of growth, challenge, and continuous improvement.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
