Actualmente se encuentra en una etapa de crecimiento y consolidación internacional, con equipos especializados para atender las necesidades de cada mercado y ofrecer un servicio cercano y de calidad a sus clientes.

La organización apuesta por la orientación al cliente, la colaboración entre equipos y la mejora continua, en un entorno internacional y dinámico.

Para esta posición, la persona seleccionada se incorporará al equipo encargado de gestionar y dar soporte al mercado francés, colaborando estrechamente con diferentes áreas de la compañía.

Descripción del puesto: ¿Cuál será tu misión?

Serás el punto de contacto con los clientes del mercado francés, ofreciendo asesoramiento y soporte durante todo el proceso de compra y postventa, asegurando una experiencia excelente y resolviendo consultas e incidencias.

Entre tus principales responsabilidades:

• Atención y asesoramiento a clientes franceses por teléfono y email.

• Gestión y seguimiento de pedidos, devoluciones y abonos.

• Gestión de incidencias, reclamaciones y servicio postventa.

• Seguimiento de entregas, transporte y recogidas de material.

• Alta y actualización de clientes y datos en sistemas internos.

• Elaboración de presupuestos y proformas.

• Gestión de contratos y programas de fidelización.

• Coordinación con otros departamentos como logística, contabilidad, marketing y aprovisionamiento.

• Soporte en campañas de fidelización y recuperación de clientes.

• Apoyo puntual en traducciones y revisión de contenidos dirigidos al mercado francés.

• Participación en eventos internacionales relacionados con el mercado francés.

¿Qué buscamos?

✔️ Francés nativo – requisito imprescindible.

✔️ Español medio-alto para la comunicación interna.

✔️ Experiencia previa en atención al cliente / customer service.

✔️ Capacidad para gestionar diferentes tareas simultáneamente.

✔️ Perfil organizado, dinámico y orientado a cliente y resultados.

✔️ Proactividad, actitud positiva y capacidad de aprendizaje.

✔️ Se valorará experiencia con SAP, Salesforce o sistemas ERP similares.

✔️ Se valorará conocimiento de la organización administrativa del mercado francés.

No es necesario contar con experiencia previa en el sector dental: la compañía ofrece formación interna específica sobre el producto y el sector.
