Durante 12 meses, vivirás una experiencia profesional en una compañía referente en movilidad, participando en proyectos con impacto y aprendiendo desde dentro cómo se mueve una gran organización. Podrás desarrollarte en áreas como Finanzas, IT, Sales & Marketing, Customer Experience, Comunicación, HR, Operaciones, Legal o Planning & Analytics.

¿Qué nos hace especiales?

La compañía te ofrece unas prácticas de 12 meses acompañadas con una formación superior en EADA Business School 100% subvencionada donde obtendrás un título de Master in Management and Digital Business in the Automotive Industry.

Adicional a esto también podrás disponer de:

  • Ayuda al estudio: 802€ brutos mensuales.
  • Subvención en dietas: cantina interna (pagarás como max. 3€ de menú).
  • Ayuda de movilidad: si no resides en la comunidad de Catalunya, te ayudamos con el coste de tu traslado (500€ al inicio de la beca y 500€ al finalizar el programa completo).
  • Flexibilidad como filosofía de vida: con un modelo de trabajo híbrido de 3 días en la oficina y 2 días de teletrabajo.
  • Vacaciones anuales remuneradas: 20 días laborables en verano y 5 días laborables en navidad.
  • Programas: planes de engagement, team building, eventos de marcas, encuentros de empleados, entre otras.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

  • Personas que hayan finalizado recientemente un grado o máster.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar una experiencia formativa de 12 meses.
  • Interés por desarrollarse en un entorno internacional e innovador.
  • Dominio de inglés (B2), conocimientos de alemán serán muy valorados.
  • Habilidades digitales: Microsoft Office: Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Planner, Power BI, entre otras.
  • Actitud proactiva, habilidades comunicativas y motivación por asumir nuevos retos.
  • Orientación al detalle, apasionado del sector, alta capacidad de aprendizaje.
