Descripción del puesto:

Buscamos un/a Jefe/a de Producción / Jefe/a de Sección para liderar una de las áreas productivas de la planta.

La persona seleccionada será responsable de garantizar el correcto desarrollo de la producción en términos de calidad, tiempos, eficiencia y gestión de personas, reportando directamente a Dirección de Operaciones / Plant Manager.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Planificar, organizar y supervisar la producción en función de los pedidos.
  • Liderar y coordinar el equipo de turno (gestión de vacaciones, turnos, formación, evaluación y seguimiento).
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y seguridad alimentaria.
  • Impulsar la mejora continua y la optimización de procesos productivos.
  • Planificar necesidades de personal y materiales según previsiones de fabricación.
  • Seguimiento constante “in situ” en planta.
  • Control y registro de no conformidades y acciones correctivas.
  • Coordinación con Calidad y Mantenimiento.
  • Participación en comités de Seguridad Alimentaria (APPCC, Food Fraud, Integrity).
  • Reporte de indicadores productivos a Dirección.

Se trata de una posición muy operativa, con fuerte presencia en planta y liderazgo directo de equipos.

Requerimientos:

  • Experiencia:
  • Mínimo 2 años en posición similar en entorno industrial, preferiblemente en sector alimentación.
  • Experiencia en gestión de equipos productivos.
  • Valorable experiencia en mejora continua y optimización de procesos.
  • Formación:
  • Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Producción, Procesos Industriales o similar.
  • Valorable Grado en Ingeniería, Ciencia y Tecnología de los Alimentos, u otras disciplinas técnicas.
  • Conocimientos en normas de calidad y seguridad alimentaria.
  • Formación en PRL.
  • Nivel medio de ofimática.
  • Idiomas
  • Castellano y Catalán.
  • Inglés medio valorable.
  • Competencias

  • Capacidad organizativa y planificación.
  • Perfil metódico y riguroso.
  • Resolutivo/a y proactivo/a.
