Sobre el cliente:

Nuestro cliente es una destacada multinacional industrial, líder en la fabricación de soluciones de vidrio de alta calidad. Para su división especializada en componentes industriales para el sector energético, se encuentra en proceso de expansión y fortalecimiento de su estructura operativa. Con el fin de consolidar su equipo en la provincia de Segovia, buscamos un perfil técnico y dinámico para la gestión de la cadena de suministro.

Job description: Buscamos un/a Planificador / Programador de Producción para incorporarse al Departamento de Planificación y Atención al Cliente. En dependencia directa del Responsable del área, su misión principal será buscar permanentemente el equilibrio entre los plazos de entrega requeridos por el cliente y la máxima productividad de la planta.

Las principales responsabilidades del puesto serán:

  • Planificación y Programación: gestionar la planificación de los componentes (tanto producto base como decorado).
  • Gestión de Pedidos: confirmar las fechas de los pedidos de los clientes, asignando las prioridades y recursos necesarios para su cumplimiento.
  • Validación de Plazos: asegurar la validación y confirmación de los pedidos en un plazo inferior a una semana.
  • Control de Stock: realizar la gestión y el seguimiento del stock de componentes y accesorios, implementando procedimientos para la reducción del Lead Time y optimizando el fondo de maniobra de la compañía.
  • Planificación a Largo Plazo: ejecutar el Plan Maestro de Producción con un horizonte de planificación a largo plazo (22 semanas).
  • Soporte de Sistemas: actuar como Key User de los sistemas avanzados de planificación y aprovisionamiento del departamento.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia Entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia demostrable en funciones de planificación de la producción, demanda o S&OP en entornos industriales. Muy valorable la experiencia previa dentro del sector de fabricación continua o componentes industriales.
  • Educación Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería Industrial, Organización Industrial, Administración de Empresas (ADE) o ciclo formativo de grado superior equivalente.
  • Idiomas Bilingue en Español Nivel B2 en Inglés Deseable un tercer idioma europeo
  • Competencias y Conocimientos Imprescindible conocimiento sólido y manejo diario de SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) para la optimización de la cadena de suministro. Nivel Experto en Excel (tablas dinámicas avanzadas, macros, fórmulas complejas). Alta orientación al cliente y enfoque en el cumplimiento de los indicadores de servicio. Rigor, capacidad analítica para el control de stocks y agilidad en la resolución de incidencias en planta.
