Sobre el cliente:

Empresa referente del sector de la construcción busca incorporar un/a Técnico/a Estudios y Valoraciones de Instalaciones para la sede de Barcelona.

MISIÓN DEL PUESTO Analizar y elaborar estudios técnicos y económicos detallados que garanticen la viabilidad, eficiencia y rentabilidad de los proyectos constructivos, aportando soluciones de valor en la fase de licitación.

TUS FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES

1. Liderazgo de Licitaciones

  • Gestión de ofertas: Liderar de forma integral la preparación de licitaciones (parte técnica, económica y administrativa), asegurando la calidad y el cumplimiento de los plazos de entrega.
  • Análisis documental: Estudiar exhaustivamente la documentación técnica del proyecto para planificar y estructurar la propuesta.
  • Presentación económica: Elaborar y defender el presupuesto final y la propuesta de valor ante el cliente.

2. Análisis Técnico y Estrategia

  • Propuesta de alternativas: Identificar y proponer soluciones técnicas alternativas que mejoren la rentabilidad o eficiencia del proyecto original.
  • Logística e Implantación: Coordinar la estrategia de implantación, fases y zonificación de la obra bajo metodología Lean Planning.
  • Traspaso de información: Garantizar una transferencia de datos fluida y completa desde el departamento de Estudios al equipo de Operaciones tras la adjudicación.

3. Gestión de Red de Colaboradores

  • Gestión de proveedores: Realizar peticiones de ofertas a industriales, hacer el seguimiento de las mismas y analizar su competitividad.
  • Alianzas estratégicas: Identificar colaboradores clave para la licitación y colaborar con el departamento de Compras para su integración temprana en el proyecto.

PERFIL QUE BUSCAMOS

Experiencia:

  • Mínimo 3 años en puestos similares (Estudios/Licitaciones).
  • Se valorará positivamente la experiencia previa en ejecución de obra.

Formación y Conocimientos:

  • Arquitectura Técnica o Superior, Ingeniería de Obras Públicas o Caminos (CCyP).
  • Conocimiento en la integración de requisitos de seguridad (PRL), calidad y medio ambiente en las ofertas.

Herramientas Digitales:

  • Presto y RIB 4: Nivel alto (indispensable).
  • Office: Nivel alto.
  • AutoCAD: Nivel medio.
  • Herramientas BIM: Nivel medio.

Idiomas:

  • Inglés: Nivel alto (C1) idealmente.
