Sobre el cliente:

Buscamos un/a Facultativo/a Especialista para incorporarse a una entidad hospitalaria del sistema sanitario público en Girona.

Descripción del puesto:

Prestar atención médica especializada y continuada a pacientes en situación crítica o de gravedad intermedia (semicríticos) ingresados en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos (UCI) y la Área de Semicríticos.

El profesional se encargará de la monitorización avanzada, la estabilización hemodinámica, respiratoria y metabólica de los pacientes, asegurando un diagnóstico precoz y un tratamiento intensivo de alta complejidad bajo criterios de eficiencia, calidad asistencial y seguridad del paciente. Asimismo, coordinará la continuidad asistencial con Urgencias, Áreas Quirúrgicas y el resto de especialidades del centro.

RESPONSABILIDADES Y FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES

  • Atención Clínica Intensiva: Evaluación, diagnóstico y tratamiento continuo de los pacientes ingresados en las unidades de UCI y Semicríticos.
  • Soporte Vital y Técnicas Avanzadas: Manejo y soporte de fallos multiorgánicos (respiratorio, hemodinámico, renal, neurológico).
  • Procedimientos Críticos: Indicación y realización de técnicas invasivas y no invasivas (intubación endotraqueal, ventilación mecánica VMI/VMNI, canalización de vías centrales/arteriales, ecografía en el paciente crítico, terapias de sustitución renal contínua, etc.).
  • Emergencias y Parada Cardíaca: Liderazgo y participación en maniobras de Reanimación Cardiopulmonar (RCP) y Suport Vital Avanzado a nivel hospitalario como equipo de respuesta rápida.
  • Coordinación Asistencial: Gestión de ingresos, altas y traslados asistidos en coordinación con Urgencias, Quirófanos, Planta y el Sistema de Emergencias Médicas (SEM).
  • Relación con Familias: Garantizar una comunicación diaria, clara, empática y transparente con los familiares sobre el diagnóstico, pronóstico y decisiones clínicas.
  • Calidad y Docencia: Participación en sesiones clínicas, comisiones de calidad/seguridad (Infección Cero, etc.), proyectos de investigación y formación de médicos residentes y estudiantes.

REQUISITOS DEL PERFIL

Formación y Licencias:

  • Licenciatura o Grado en Medicina y Cirugía (Homologación oficial en España imprescindible en caso de títulos extranjeros).
  • Valorable Título de Especialista en Medicina Intensiva vía MIR o homologación oficial en España.
  • Collegiación en el Colegio Oficial de Médicos correspondiente.

Experiencia y Conocimientos:

  • Experiencia previa acreditable en Unidades de Cuidados Intensivos (UCI), Semicríticos o Reanimación Hospitalaria.
  • Dominio en el manejo de electromedicina y monitorización intensiva avanzada.
  • Se valorará formación de posgrado / máster en paciente crítico, ecografía clínica, VMNI o Soporte Vital Avanzado.
  • Conocimiento del modelo de salud de Cataluña y de la historia clínica electrónica (HES/E-CAP o similares).

COMPETENCIAS CLAVE

  • Capacidad de respuesta rápida, serena y rigurosa en situaciones de alta presión y riesgo vital.
  • Empatía, sensibilidad y excelentes habilidades de comunicación en momentos complejos o de final de la vida.
  • Capacidad para colaborar activamente con el personal de infermería, fisioterapia y otras especialidades médicas.
  • Orientación al cumplimiento de protocolos de seguridad del paciente e indicadores de calidad.
