Responsibilities

Operational Function

  • Assist with large format material installation.
  • Assist the installations team with external signage.
  • Assist the internal signage fabrication team.
  • Upkeep of warehouse and factory.
  • Stock take and record of all tools and materials used.
  • Ensure that production and installation of all external signage is completed according to the deadline.
  • Ensure that duties are carried out efficiently.
  • Ensure regular communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist to fill in with any duties that may be required within the department.
  • Assist with any ad-hoc functions as required by management

People

  • Able to build and maintain effective and productive relationships with team members, stakeholders, and suppliers.
  • Able to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks and achieve set targets.
  • Able to work well under pressure and handle emergency and stressful situations.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy.

Compliance, risk and quality

  • Compliance with relevant laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Previous signage experience
  • Geographical knowledge (Advantageous)
  • Understanding of signage, health and safety standards (Advantageous)
