En tant que accountmanager, vous êtes responsable de l'expansion de la base de clients de Winsol. D'autre part, vous assurez le suivi d'un beau portefeuille de clients B2B existants. Vos clients sont des menuisiers. En raison de notre développement et du départ prochain à la retraite d'un certain nombre de collègues, nous sommes à la recherche de renforts pour différentes régions en Wallonie.

À quoi ressemble votre journée de travail ?

  • Après une formation intensive, vous vous familiariserez avec l'entreprise, ses produits et le marché
  • Vous serez responsable des provinces de Namur, Liège et Luxembourg.
  • Vous disposerez d'un beau portefeuille de clients que vous suivrez de près. 70 % de votre temps sera consacré à la visite des clients et des prospects
  • Vous passerez 30 % de votre temps au bureau à assurer la préparation et suivi des devis techniques. Avec le temps, vous apprendrez aux clients à faire leurs propres calculs et à passer leurs commandes
  • Négociation de solutions sur mesure pour vos clients, en concertation avec nos experts techniques et le back office
  • Vous répondez quotidiennement aux attentes des clients. Vous assurez un suivi rigoureux
  • Vous êtes pragmatique, mais n'effectuez pas d'interventions techniques vous-même
  • Par une prospection active, vous convainquez les clients B2B de la gamme Winsol et vous créez de nouveaux partenaires B2B
  • Vous veillez à ce que les connaissances techniques soient présentes là où c'est nécessaire et vous captez les signaux nécessaires à cet effet
  • En raison de votre intérêt pour notre secteur, vous souhaitez suivre les développements et maintenir vos connaissances à jour

Votre profil ?

  • Nous recherchons un collègue avec des connaissances en menuiserie ou d'une expérience équivalente
  • Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans la vente B2B et vous avez délibérément choisi une carrière commerciale
  • Avec votre dynamisme inné et vos talents de communication, vous tirez la plus grande satisfaction de la mise en place et du développement d'un grand réseau
  • L'enthousiasme et la force de persuasion sont pour vous une seconde nature.
  • Vous savez vous organiser, vous êtes fort en suivi de clientèle et vous aimez travailler de manière indépendante. Vous recevrez en retour une grande confiance de notre part.
  • Vous habitez en Wallonie et idéalement en province de Namur ou de Liège.
  • Connaissance des langues : Français. Si vous parlez le Néerlandais, c'est un avantage supplémentaire.
