Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung der Landesgeschäftsführung bei der Organisation, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Veranstaltungen des Landesverbandes und in den regionalen Gliederungen (Sektionen);
  • aktive Mitwirkung bei der Beobachtung und Auswertung von Entwicklungen der Wirtschaft und Politik sowie Analyse der Regierungs- und Parlamentsarbeit der Landes-, Regional- und Kommunalpolitik;
  • Betreuung wirtschaftspolitischer Arbeitsgremien des Landesverbands nach Absprache mit der Landesgeschäftsführung;
  • Erarbeitung von Analysen sowie die Zusammenstellung von Materialien zu aktuellen wirtschafts-, sozial- und gesellschaftspolitischen Sachverhalten und Themen des Landes Sachsen;
  • Pressearbeit, insbesondere das Erstellen von Pressemeldungen, Positionspapieren und Veranstaltungsberichten;
  • Pflege der Homepage und der Präsenzen des Landesverbands in den Sozialen Medien; Mitwirkung am neuen Social Media Konzept des Landesverbandes Sachsen;
  • Mitgliederbetreuung, insbesondere die Integration und Bindung von Mitgliedern im gesamten Verbandsgebiet (Wahrnehmung von Außenterminen im Freistaat Sachsen);
  • Perspektivisch: Recherche und aktive Gewinnung neuer Mitglieder mittels moderner Methoden (digitale Lead-Generierung)

Ihr Profil

  • Hochschulstudium, bestenfalls in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Politik-, oder Kommunikationswissenschaften;
  • ausgeprägte Kompetenzen in der inhaltlichen und konzeptionellen Arbeit;
  • Neugierig und ein Gespür für wirtschaftspolitische Entwicklungen und Trends;
  • Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an Abendveranstaltungen;
  • Versiert in der Konzeption, Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Veranstaltungen;
  • Identifikation mit den Verbandsinteressen- und zielen;
  • Kompetentes und professionelles Auftreten;
  • Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), erste Erfahrungen mit Datenbanken/KI;
  • Führerscheinklasse B
