Ihre Aufgaben

  • Die Übernahme einer Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Geschäftsführung, Referenten und Mitgliedern;
  • Betreuung von Gästen bei hochkarätigen Veranstaltungen aus Wirtschaft und Politik sowie die Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung;
  • Pflege der Adressdatenbank und Erstellung von Dokumentenvorlagen;
  • Auswertungen von Videokonferenzen sowie Versand und Auf- und Nachbereitung der Highlights;
  • Allgemeine Büroorganisation und Assistenzaufgaben (u.a. Termin- und Videokonferenzplanung, interne Koordination und Übernahme einzelner Projektmanagement-Aufgaben);
  • Allgemeine organisatorische Unterstützung der Landesgeschäftsführung.

Ihr Profil

  • Hochschulstudium in Wirtschafts-, Politik- oder Kommunikationswissenschaften (im Studium oder abgeschlossen) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung;
  • Großes Interesse an wirtschaftspolitischen Fragestellungen und politischen Entwicklungen im Landesverband;
  • Großes Organisationsgeschick, ein gutes Ausdrucks- und Kommunikationsvermögen;
  • Sicheres Auftreten bei Telefongesprächen;
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie die notwendige Sensibilität bei der Bearbeitung vertraulicher Daten;
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, Vorteilhaft ist ein Grundverständnis von Datenbankstrukturen;
  • Ein hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit sowie Begeisterungsfähigkeit.
