Missão do cargo:

Ser o parceiro estratégico de dados da plataforma AEI (Adaptive Energy Infrastructure): estruturar a integração de dados de energia, operações, comercial e financeiro, normalizar métricas e transformar informações em inteligência para decisões de eficiência energética, expansão e novas linhas de negócio.

Por que este cargo existe (o que queremos):

A Arthur está construindo uma plataforma integrada de energia e compute (mining, hosting, CaaS, HPC). Nesse contexto, dados deixam de ser suporte e passam a ser ativo estratégico. Este profissional lidera essa transformação: sair de planilhas e relatórios dispersos para um ambiente de dados integrado, com dashboards transparentes e análises que embasam decisões da Diretoria.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Estruturar a integração de dados entre sistemas (energia, operações, comercial, financeiro), criando a base única e confiável da empresa
  • Definir e normalizar KPIs estratégicos com dashboards transparentes para a liderança (ROI, uptime, PDV, CAPEX, OEE, eficiência energética)
  • Desenvolver inteligência energética: eficiência, curvas de carga, demand response e benchmarking entre sites
  • Modelar dados para decisões de expansão (100–150 MW), precificação de novas linhas (CaaS, hosting, joint mining, HPC) e forecast financeiro
  • Automatizar pipelines e rotinas de coleta/tratamento com governança e qualidade de dados
  • Atuar como interface entre dados e negócio, traduzindo análises em recomendações acionáveis para Diretoria, Operações e Comercial
  • Evoluir a capacidade analítica da empresa: de reporte para analytics preditivo e inteligência energética

Requisitos técnicos:

  • SQL avançado e bancos relacionais/não relacionais
  • Python (ou R) para análise e automação
  • Ferramentas de BI e visualização (Power BI, Looker, Grafana)
  • ETL, integração e qualidade de dados
  • Noções de estatística e modelagem
  • Cloud (AWS, GCP)
  • Diferenciais fortes:
  • energia, data centers, HPC, infraestrutura elétrica, demand response, mercado de energia
  • Inglês avançado (time global BR/EUA)
