Sobre a vaga

Procuramos uma pessoa para atuar em infraestrutura cloud e DevOps, apoiando a operação e a manutenção da nossa infraestrutura em nuvem na AWS, com destaque para a execução dos deploys das aplicações. Quando necessário, também apoiará demandas de suporte de TI.

Você vai atuar junto à gestão de TI e ao time de desenvolvimento, com foco em estabilidade, segurança e automação.

Responsabilidades:

Infraestrutura e cloud (AWS)

  • Provisionar, configurar e manter recursos em múltiplas contas AWS (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, CloudWatch e serviços correlatos)
  • Administrar servidores Linux: patching, hardening e troubleshooting
  • Acompanhar custos e propor otimização de recursos
  • Manter documentação de arquitetura, runbooks e procedimentos

Automação e CI/CD

  • Apoiar a manutenção dos pipelines de CI/CD (Bitbucket e AWS)
  • Automatizar tarefas operacionais com Bash e/ou Python
  • Executar e acompanhar os deploys das aplicações, garantindo que ocorram sem impacto em produção
  • Padronizar e melhorar o processo de deploy das aplicações

Monitoramento e confiabilidade

  • Operar o monitoramento (Zabbix e Grafana): criar e ajustar alertas, dashboards e métricas
  • Investigar incidentes, conduzir a análise de causa raiz e implementar correções
  • Garantir rotinas de backup e testes periódicos de restauração

Segurança e acessos

  • Gerir acessos e permissões no IAM seguindo o princípio de menor privilégio, com MFA e revisão periódica
  • Gerir segredos e rotação de credenciais
  • Apoiar a melhoria contínua da postura de segurança do ambiente (logs de auditoria, detecção de ameaças e conformidade)

Colaboração e suporte

  • Apoiar o time de desenvolvimento no uso dos ambientes e das ferramentas
  • Atender demandas técnicas da gestão de TI e documentar as soluções entregues
  • Apoiar, quando necessário, o suporte de TI aos colaboradores: instalações, formatações e configuração de equipamentos
  • Apoiar a administração da solução de antivírus/endpoint protection (Bitdefender)

Requisitos:

  • Experiência de 2 anos em infraestrutura e redes
  • Formação superior em andamento ou concluída em Redes, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação ou áreas correlatas, ou experiência equivalente
  • Experiência prática com AWS (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, CloudWatch)
  • Administração de Linux
  • Git e CI/CD, de preferência Bitbucket Pipelines
  • Scripting em Bash e/ou Python
  • Conhecimento sólido de redes: TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, VPN e segurança de perímetro
  • Conhecimento de monitoramento, logs e resposta a incidentes
  • Noções de segurança em infraestrutura: IAM, MFA, gestão de segredos, backup e recuperação
  • Vivência em suporte técnico (instalações, configuração e manutenção de equipamentos)
  • Inglês intermediário/avançado para leitura de documentação e comunicação com a operação nos EUA

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com Bitbucket Pipelines
  • Certificações AWS ou Security Specialty
  • Docker e noções de Kubernetes
  • Experiência com Zabbix e Grafana
  • Conhecimento de Bitdefender ou outra solução de proteção de endpoint
  • Conhecimento de Microsoft 365 e Entra ID (SSO)
  • Conhecimento de serviços de segurança da AWS: CloudTrail, GuardDuty, Security Hub e AWS Config
  • Experiência em ambientes multi-conta (AWS Organizations)
