求人内容

Business Development Representative（BDR）として、日本におけるWixのB2B事業の成功を牽引する重要な役割を担っていただきます。アウトバウンドのリード対応、質の高いディスカバリー（課題把握）の会話、顧客エンゲージメント戦略の立案を、チームと連携しながら進めます。日々の主な業務は次のとおりです。

  • アウトバウンドのリード対応を管理し、質の高いディスカバリーの会話を行い、既存顧客に最適なサポート方法を見極める
  • エンタープライズ担当のアカウントエグゼクティブやマーケティングチームと連携し、新規ターゲットアカウント、コール戦略、メッセージングの開発と有望度の見極めを行う
  • 電話、メール、ソーシャルメディア、現地でのネットワーキングを通じて見込み顧客とコミュニケーションを取り、最も効率的なアプローチを特定できるようプロセスを記録する
  • 今後エンタープライズチームに加わるメンバーのために、スケーラブルなプロセスを導入・構築する
  • ご自身の専門性を活かし、顧客およびチームとの関係構築の手法を開発・改善する

本ポジションはハイブリッド勤務です。週2〜3回、Wix東京オフィスに出社していただきます。

資格

  • 無形商材・無形サービスのB2B営業におけるBDR／SDR経験3年以上
  • 大手企業を対象としたB2B営業の経験
  • SaaSまたはAIソリューションの提案経験
  • 高いコミュニケーション能力と、自己管理に対する自信
  • 大量のアウトバウンド業務をこなせるレジリエンスがあり、断られた経験から学び、アプローチを継続的に改善できる方
  • ネイティブレベルの日本語（必須）、ビジネスレベルの英語（あれば尚可）入社後、英語学習のサポートを提供します
