We partner with clients to leverage data and AI, accelerating market entry and driving business transformation. As a global community of innovators, we foster a culture of growth, collaboration, and impact.

Are you a fit?

We are looking for an experienced DevOps / Platform Engineer to help build, operate, and continuously improve our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD systems, and company-wide DevOps and TechOps capabilities.

In this role, you will leverage AI-assisted development tools, coding agents, and intelligent automation to enhance infrastructure engineering, accelerate software delivery, and improve operational efficiency. You will bring deep expertise in AWS, Infrastructure as Code, automation, and cloud-native technologies, while establishing secure, scalable, and highly reliable systems that support both traditional and AI-powered applications.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Data, Security, and business teams to improve developer experience, strengthen operational excellence, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion AI-first engineering practices by leveraging AI coding agents, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled workflows to streamline infrastructure management, CI/CD, incident response, and corporate technology operations.
  • Design, build, and maintain highly available and scalable AWS infrastructure, including ECS/EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, Route 53, and supporting cloud services.
  • Modernize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, reusable workflows, automated testing, security controls, and reliable deployment and rollback strategies.
  • Establish secure and repeatable software delivery practices that improve developer productivity, deployment velocity, and operational consistency.
  • Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices using Terraform, including reusable modules, testing, versioning, and safe deployment patterns.
  • Build and maintain containerized and serverless application delivery systems using Docker, AWS services, and modern automation tools.
  • Develop infrastructure and CI/CD capabilities to support AI-enabled applications, including secure model and API integrations, automated evaluation workflows, observability, and deployment controls.
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools and coding agents to improve infrastructure engineering, troubleshooting, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Design and maintain corporate IT/TechOps systems, including identity and access management, SSO, SaaS administration, endpoint management, and employee technology lifecycle workflows.
  • Automate company-wide technology operations, including provisioning, employee onboarding and offboarding, access reviews, and recurring IT processes.
  • Provide advanced technical support and maintain reliable corporate technology environments.
  • Define and continuously improve monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and logging using Datadog or similar observability platforms.
  • Analyze operational data to identify opportunities to improve system reliability, performance, security, and cloud cost efficiency.
  • Lead incident response, root cause analysis, postmortems, and long-term corrective actions across production and corporate technology systems.
  • Apply security-first practices across infrastructure, IAM, networking, software delivery, and corporate systems to support compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Security, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions, enhance developer experience, and reduce operational complexity.
  • Promote knowledge sharing through technical documentation, automation, playbooks, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Must-have Skills (Remember to include years of experience)

  • 6+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related production infrastructure roles.
  • Expert-level hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and services, particularly ECS/EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, Route 53, IAM, and networking.
  • Advanced experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar technologies, including reusable workflows, secure authentication, automated testing, and deployment automation.
  • Strong proficiency in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC), including reusable modules, testing, and environment management.
  • Hands-on experience with containerization and application delivery using Docker, container registries, and AWS container services.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills using at least one of the following: Bash, Python, Ruby, or Go.
  • Experience managing corporate IT/TechOps systems, including identity management, SSO/MFA, SaaS administration, endpoint management, and automated employee lifecycle processes.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools, such as GitHub Copilot or coding agents, and familiarity with the infrastructure requirements of AI-enabled applications.
  • Experience building and maintaining reliable, observable systems using Datadog or similar platforms for metrics, logs, traces, and alerting.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, Linux, networking, DNS, security, autoscaling, and cloud-native operational patterns.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and incident response skills across complex application, infrastructure, and corporate technology environments.
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, and take ownership of diverse technical responsibilities in a fast-paced, small-company environment.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience supporting AI/LLM-enabled applications, including Amazon Bedrock, model APIs, AI evaluation pipelines, or AI-specific observability.
  • Experience managing Kubernetes/EKS environments, including Helm, KEDA, cluster operations, and workload management.
  • Experience with corporate technology platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Jamf, Intune, or equivalent identity and device management solutions.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
