1. 学历与专业：2027届本科及以上应届毕业生，计算机科学、软件工程、数据科学、信息工程等相关专业优先。 2. 技术基础：熟悉至少一门后端开发语言（Java、Python、Go等），了解数据库、SQL与基本数据工程概念。 3. 数据工程基础：了解数据同步、清洗、建模、调度与查询服务等数据加工链路，有数仓、BI或数据平台基础者优先。 4. 工程能力：具备良好的工程能力与问题排查意识，能持续优化查询性能与系统稳定性。 5. 加分项：有后端开发、数据平台或大数据相关实习或项目经验者优先，请附代码或项目作品。 6.
