Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional para atuar no suporte técnico e funcional aos usuários das soluções WK, oferecendo atendimento de excelência e contribuindo para a resolução de demandas de forma ágil, clara e assertiva. Procuramos uma pessoa comunicativa, analítica e orientada à solução, capaz de compreender regras fiscais e contábeis e transformá-las em orientações práticas para nossos clientes.

Buscamos alguém que tenha facilidade de comunicação, empatia e foco na experiência do cliente, capaz de construir relacionamentos de confiança, transmitir segurança nas orientações e proporcionar uma experiência positiva e encantadora em cada interação.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Prestar suporte técnico e funcional aos usuários das soluções WK.
  • Atender, analisar e solucionar demandas relacionadas aos módulos de Controladoria, Fiscal, Contábil, Patrimônio e LALUR.
  • Registrar, acompanhar e atualizar os atendimentos, garantindo qualidade e retorno adequado aos clientes.
  • Orientar os usuários quanto à aplicação de impostos, escrituração e registros fiscais e contábeis.
  • Analisar cenários e identificar a melhor solução para as necessidades apresentadas pelos clientes.
  • Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos de atendimento e suporte.
  • Apoiar tecnicamente os demais integrantes do time, compartilhando conhecimentos, esclarecendo dúvidas e contribuindo para o desenvolvimento e a autonomia da equipe.
  • Formação superior completa em Ciências Contábeis, Administração ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência com apuração de impostos e obrigações acessórias.
  • Vivência profissional nas áreas Fiscal e Contábil.
  • Conhecimento em Controle Patrimonial, depreciação e movimentações de ativos.
  • Conhecimento sobre a Reforma Tributária e seus impactos nos processos fiscais e contábeis.

  • Experiência com o WK Radar.
  • Experiência com análise de cenários fiscais e contábeis em sistemas ERP.
  • Atendimento e suporte a clientes.
