Estamos em busca de um BDR (Pré-Vendas) para atuar no nosso time de Prospecção, ajudando a impulsionar nossas estratégias e expandir nossos resultados.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar contato com os leads por multicanais (ligações, e-mails, social selling) e qualificar seguindo o SLA acordado entre as áreas de prospecção e vendas;
  • Agendar reuniões para os executivos de vendas;
  • Manter cadências de contatos ativas e organizadas, inserindo o máximo de informações no CRM;
  • Acompanhar métricas de desempenho (cadência, conversão e reuniões agendadas/qualificadas);
  • Contribuir com insights para melhoria contínua com os times de Marketing e Vendas.
  • Experiência em qualificação de leads B2B (BDR,SDR, Prospecção B2B);
  • Vivência em vendas consultivas;
  • Capacidade de organização e gestão de tempo para gerenciar múltiplos leads e oportunidades simultaneamente;
  • Conhecimento de CRM e ferramentas de prospecção;
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita, com foco em clareza e persuasão;

Diferencial:

  • Experiência em empresas de tecnologia ou SaaS.
  • Conhecimento avançado em técnicas de qualificação e vendas consultivas.
  • Certificações em Prospecção B2B, Inside Sales, SPIN Selling.
