Tu misión va a ser:

Resolver en domicilio de los clientes las incidencias reportadas sobre la mercancía comprada, realizando el trabajo acorde a los estándares de calidad IKEA para garantizar que los clientes han quedado satisfechos con la solución recibida

Tus funciones:

1. Revisar el estado del artículo/mercancía en el domicilio del cliente que ha reportado una incidencia al departamento, teniendo presente el IKEA Tone of Voice. Y Customer academy 2. Contrastar las fotografías tomadas de la incidencia con especialistas de calidad (atención al cliente y de cocinas) para determinar el motivo de la incidencia y publicar la información en CRM. 3. Realizar los cambios de mercancía en caso necesario, tras el visto bueno del Team Leader, y hacer el montaje, transporte o retirada en domicilio del cliente siempre que las características de la mercancía lo permitan. 4. Mantenerse formado sobre el range para poder determinar si está montado correctamente, si se está utilizando de forma apropiada o si tiene un fallo de calidad. 5. Colaborar, junto al montador/a de muebles, en el montaje de los cambios de la exposición del Physical CMP. 6. Realizar tomas de medidas para la instalación de cocinas, de acuerdo al estándar de Customer Academy. 7. Mantener limpias y en buen estado las herramientas de trabajo y taller, empleándolas con seguridad y garantizar el mantenimiento del vehículo asignado, 8. Realizar las rutinas establecidas en Customer Academy, velando por un servicio excelente para nuestros clientes y visitantes. 9. Recoger los carros y colocarlos en las áreas correspondientes, si fuera necesario. 10. Dar apoyo a todas las áreas del departamento de Customer Relations, cuando sea necesario. 11. Participar activamente en las reuniones a las que es convocado/a, especialmente en los roll call.
