Tu misión va a ser:

Asegurar que la contabilidad refleja la imagen fiel de la empresa, priorizando al cliente en las operaciones del departamento y cumpliendo con los procedimientos de la compañía y la normativa legal, para aportar datos financieros veraces que aporten valor al proceso de venta

Tus funciones:

1. Resolver las dudas y e incidencias de clientes y proveedores relacionadas con el área de economía proponiendo mejoras en los procedimientos que añaden valor a la venta. 2. Contabilizar, cobrar y cuadrar los movimientos de las ventas, prestando especial atención a las cuentas pendientes de cobro (cajas de IKEA e IKEA Food, también incluye el cuadre del efectivo y los cajeros recicladores). 3. Contabilizar y pagar la facturación generada por las compras, cumpliendo con los acuerdos de pago adoptados y fechas para la realización de informes e impuestos. 4. Hacer seguimiento de los gastos en los que se incurre para ofrecer información relevante al/la Responsable de Economía y aportar propuestas que mejoren el resultado contable. 5. Contabilizar y cuadrar salarios, amortizaciones, periodificaciones y cualquier otro ajuste contable necesario. 6. Custodiar y tramitar la documentación oficial (escrituras, impuestos, etc.) así como mantener al día el archivo de toda la documentación generada. 7. Revisar los acuerdos (contratos, precios, descuentos, vencimientos, etc.) que tenga la compañía y comprobar que la facturación cumple con las condiciones acordadas. 8. Revisar las cuentas de gastos e ingresos para verificar el cumplimiento de la normativa contable y directrices internas. 9. Hacer seguimiento diario de la mercancía que sale de nuestros almacenes con forma de cobro pendiente para garantizar una correcta contabilidad. 10. Reclamar el cobro de las facturas de las empresas de servicios con forma de cobro pendiente, de acuerdo a los contratos establecidos. 11. Verificar el correcto cumplimiento del procedimiento de los movimientos de mercancía, informando en caso de incidencia al/la manager y Team Leader de Customer Relations para poder cancelar el cobro pendiente. 12. Analizar los motivos de los cargos que asume IKEA para aportar acciones que logren reducir las incidencias. 13. Gestionar la tesorería de todas las empresas: descarga y revisión de extractos, contabilizar movimientos bancarios, reclamación de movimientos indebidos o incorrectos. 14. Dar apoyo a los colaboradores del Physical Customer Meeting Point para resolver dudas e incidencias relacionadas con el área de economía.
