Descripción del puesto:

Buscamos un(a) Arquitecto(a) de Datos altamente competente para liderar la definición, integración y gobernanza de la arquitectura de datos empresariales. La persona ideal será responsable de establecer estructuras, estándares y estrategias tecnológicas orientadas al aprovechamiento eficiente de la información y a la habilitación de soluciones basadas en inteligencia artificial.

Responsabilidades clave:

Diseño de arquitectura tecnológica

Definir estructuras y flujos de datos desde los sistemas fuente hasta los entornos de visualización. Establecer patrones de integración entre sistemas y promover el uso de aceleradores tecnológicos que favorezcan un despliegue ágil y eficiente.

Desarrollo de modelos y estándares:

Diseñar modelos conceptuales, lógicos y físicos alineados a los procesos de negocio. Definir estrategias de almacenamiento óptimas por caso de uso y establecer convenciones de nomenclatura estandarizadas.

Integración de datos empresariales:

Desarrollar e implementar pipelines de datos (batch y streaming). Supervisar el procesamiento considerando latencia, volumen y calidad, así como optimizar la extracción desde sistemas transaccionales.

Liderazgo en gobernanza de datos:

Diseñar e implementar frameworks de gobernanza de datos que incluyan controles de calidad, linaje, catalogación y cumplimiento normativo.

Estrategia de IA para aceleración:

Identificar oportunidades para incorporar inteligencia artificial con alto impacto organizacional. Desarrollar patrones reutilizables y habilitar plataformas de uso transversal por equipos internos.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en diseño de arquitectura de datos.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en integración de datos, gobernanza, modelos de almacenamiento y plataformas de IA.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar 100% on-site en Monterrey, N.L.
