Propósito del puesto:

Buscamos a un(a) Arquitecto(a) de Software senior que lidere el diseño, documentación e implementación de soluciones tecnológicas robustas y alineadas a la estrategia digital de la organización. El enfoque principal será en integración, arquitectura en la nube (preferentemente Google Cloud Platform) y capacidades empresariales de alto nivel.

Responsabilidades clave:

  • Definir y mantener blueprints de arquitectura en dominios aplicativos, de datos, integración, seguridad y operación.
  • Diseñar e implementar patrones de integración escalables y resilientes (síncronos, asíncronos, event-driven, API-led, mensajería, ETL/ELT, CDC).
  • Actuar como asesor técnico para equipos de desarrollo, DevOps y seguridad, garantizando cumplimiento de estándares tecnológicos.
  • Coordinar evaluaciones de soluciones tecnológicas (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS) y generar análisis comparativos considerando costo, riesgo y alineación estratégica.
  • Participar en la planeación de roadmaps de capacidades de negocio, traduciendo requerimientos funcionales en componentes tecnológicos claros.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de Enterprise Architecture para mapear capacidades de negocio y su correlación con aplicaciones actuales y futuras.
  • Promover prácticas de observabilidad, automatización (IaC, CI/CD) y diseño cloud-native.

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos:

  • Patrones de integración: Event streaming (Pub/Sub, Kafka), mensajería (MQ, AMQP), API Management (Apigee, Kong), orquestación/coreografía, diseño de contratos versionados.
  • Arquitectura en GCP: Cloud Run, GKE, IAM, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL/Spanner/BigQuery, Cloud Monitoring & Logging. (Anthos deseable).
  • Documentación y modelos: C4 Model, ArchiMate, UML, herramientas como Lucidchart, PlantUML, Structurizr, y gestión en Confluence.
  • Enterprise Architecture: TOGAF, SAFe o similares; elaboración de roadmaps y vinculación entre dominios de negocio, procesos y aplicaciones.
  • DevOps & Cloud-native: Terraform, CI/CD (GitLab, GitHub Actions, Cloud Build), contenedores, observabilidad (OpenTelemetry, Grafana).

Perfil deseado:

  • +5 años diseñando soluciones de software complejas en entornos corporativos.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos de arquitectura o en roles de tech lead.
  • Título universitario en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Computación o carrera afín (posgrado es un plus).
  • Certificación profesional en Google Cloud Architect (o equivalente en AWS/Azure con disposición a certificarse en GCP en los primeros 6 meses).
  • Inglés intermedio-alto (comprensión técnica y redacción fluida).

Competencias clave:

  • Pensamiento sistémico y enfoque en la simplificación.
  • Capacidad de comunicar conceptos técnicos a públicos no técnicos.
  • Liderazgo colaborativo y habilidad para hacer mentoring.
  • Orientación a resultados con visión estratégica de negocio.

Deseables adicionales:

  • Experiencia con SAP RISE/CPI o MuleSoft.
  • Conocimientos en Data Mesh, micro-frontends o edge computing.
  • Participación en comunidades técnicas, conferencias o publicaciones.
