Objetivo del puesto

Liderar la implementación y mejora continua de prácticas DevOps en la compañía, automatizando procesos de desarrollo, integración y despliegue, asegurando la disponibilidad, escalabilidad y seguridad de las aplicaciones en ambientes cloud y on-premise, contribuyendo a la transformación digital de la compañía mediante la adopción de metodologías ágiles y cultura DevOps.

Funciones del puesto

  • Diseñar e implementar pipelines de CI/CD para automatizar el despliegue de aplicaciones en ambientes GCP y on-premise.
  • Desarrollar y mantener la infraestructura como código (IaC) utilizando Terraform para la gestión de recursos en GCP y sistemas locales.
  • Implementar y gestionar clusters de Kubernetes para la orquestación de contenedores en ambientes productivos y de desarrollo.
  • Establecer y mantener sistemas de monitoreo y logging para asegurar la observabilidad de aplicaciones y servicios.
  • Automatizar procesos operativos mediante scripts y herramientas de automatización para reducir tareas manuales y errores.
  • Colaborar en la implementación de prácticas de DevSecOps para asegurar la seguridad en todo el ciclo de desarrollo.
  • Gestionar y optimizar el rendimiento de las aplicaciones en producción mediante técnicas de performance tuning.

Requisitos del puesto

  • Área de Estudio Profesional (en años) Ingeniería en Sistemas, Computación o afín 3 años
  • Conocimientos (en años)Pipelines CICD, Gestión de infraestructura cloud 2 años
  • Experiencias críticas (en años) Containerización y orquestación 2 años,
  • Automatización de infraestructura 3 años, Implementación de monitoreo y observabilidad (mínimo 1 año).
  • Certificaciones /entrenamientos (nivel de dominio)
  • Herramientas / Software / Equipo (nivel de dominio) Terraform, Git, ansibl, Python, Bash, Power shell
  • Idiomas (nivel de dominio) Inglés avanzado
