Objetivo del puesto:

Dirigir la estrategia financiera asegurando la sostenibilidad, rentabilidad y eficiencia en el uso de los recursos. Es responsable de la planeación financiera, control presupuestal, gestión de flujo de efectivo, análisis de rentabilidad y gobierno financiero de la organización, garantizando información oportuna para la toma de decisiones estratégicas y operativas del negocio.

Perfil de la posición:

Nivel Educativo Licenciatura Lic. en Finanzas, Economía o Administración. Deseable Maestría en Finanzas, MBA o especialidad en planeación financiera.

Actividades Estratégicas:

  • Definir la estrategia financiera alineada al plan de crecimiento de la compañía.
  • Diseñar y ejecutar el modelo de planeación financiera (forecast, budget, escenarios).
  • Asegurar la rentabilidad de las unidades de negocio mediante análisis de costos, márgenes y eficiencia operativa.
  • Participar activamente en la toma de decisiones estratégicas del comité directivo.
  • Definir esquemas de optimización de costos y productividad financiera.
  • Supervisar la estructura de financiamiento, deuda y capital de trabajo.
  • Liderar proyectos de transformación financiera y digitalización de procesos.
  • Evaluar inversiones, expansiones operativas y nuevos proyectos mediante modelos financieros y análisis de ROI.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento fiscal, contable y regulatorio.

Actividades Operativas:

  • Supervisar las áreas de contabilidad, tesorería, impuestos, planeación financiera y cuentas por pagar/cobrar.
  • Controlar el presupuesto anual y seguimiento mensual vs real.
  • Gestionar el flujo de efectivo y capital de trabajo.
  • Monitorear el costo de nómina, costos operativos y gastos administrativos.
  • Supervisar la rentabilidad por cliente, ruta, operación o unidad de negocio.
  • Implementar controles financieros y gobierno corporativo en procesos clave.
  • Preparar reportes financieros para Dirección General y Consejo.
  • Coordinar auditorías internas y externas.
  • Asegurar la confiabilidad de la información financiera y operativa.

  • Rentabilidad por unidad de negocio
  • Rentabilidad por cliente
  • Control financiero: Variación presupuesto vs real,Costo de nómina sobre ingresos, Gastos administrativos sobre ingresos, Ahorro por iniciativas de optimización.
  • Liquidez: Flujo de caja operativo, Ciclo de conversión de efectivo, Días de cuentas por cobrar (DSO), Días de cuentas por pagar (DPO).
  • Productividad financiera: Costo operativo por envío / servicio, Costo por ruta o por entrega, ROI de proyectos de inversión.
