The posting

Objetivo:

Dirigir, estandarizar y optimizar la operación nacional de la compañía, asegurando el cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio, la eficiencia en costos y la rentabilidad del negocio, mediante una ejecución disciplinada, control operativo y toma de decisiones basada en datos, alineada a la estrategia de crecimiento y sostenibilidad de la empresa.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Definir y ejecutar la estrategia operativa nacional, alineada a los objetivos financieros y comerciales de la compañía.
  • Asegurar la continuidad operativa en todas las regiones, hubs y unidades de negocio.
  • Liderar a los Directores, Gerentes Regionales y equipos clave de Operaciones, estableciendo tramos de control claros y responsabilidades definidas.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de SLA's, productividad, cobertura y calidad de servicio.
  • Controlar y optimizar el costo operativo (costo por paquete, última milla, estructura, headcount)
  • Implementar estándares, procesos y mejores prácticas operativas a nivel nacional.
  • Gestionar de forma directa los riesgos operativos, incidencias críticas y contingencias.
  • Trabajar de forma transversal con Finanzas, Planeación, RH, Seguridad Patrimonial y Comercial.
  • Liderar la preparación y ejecución de Peak Season, ramp ups y proyectos estratégicos.
  • Desarrollar talento operativo y fortalecer una cultura de ejecución, orden y disciplina.

  • Optimización de procesos.
  • Tecnológicos y/o manejo de software
  • Técnicos de la posición
  • Gestión de riesgos operativos.
  • Planeación y control operativo.
  • Costeo operativo y análisis de rentabilidad.
  • Gestión de KPI's y tableros operativos.
  • Liderazgo real : Capacidad para dirigir equipos directivos y operativos con autoridad, cercanía y ejemplo.
  • Ejecución y toma de decisiones: Evalúa escenarios complejos con información incompleta, prioriza lo crítico y decide con rapidez, asumiendo la responsabilidad de los resultados.
  • Enfoque a resultados y disciplina operativa: Orienta su gestión a resultados medibles, con seguimiento constante y exigencia clara.
  • Pensamiento estratégico con visión financiera: Entiende el impacto de la operación en el margen y la rentabilidad del negocio.
  • Comunicación clara, directa y ejecutiva. Transmite mensajes complejos de forma sencilla y oportuna, tanto a equipos operativos como a comité directivo.

Competencias blandas:

Gestión de equipos de alto desempeño: Desarrolla talento, identifica brechas, fortalece mandos medios y construye equipos capaces de operar con autonomía y responsabilidad.

Tecnologías:

  • Power BI / Tableau u otra herramienta de BI
  • Sistemas TMS / WMS.
  • ERP (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite o similar).
  • Plataformas de seguimiento operativo y trazabilidad.
  • Herramientas de planeación y control de proyectos.

Ofrecemos: $150-180,000 pesos mensuales nominales mas prestaciones superiores a las de ley
