FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO:

  • Entender las necesidades de los clientes y prospectos para poder traducirlas en el diseño óptimo del contrato a proponer.
  • Asesorar al cliente sobre su póliza (coberturas, endosos, cotizaciones, renovaciones, etc.) de manera presencial o virtual.
  • Asegurar las renovaciones de pólizas en tiempo y forma.
  • Información a los clientes de novedades en las Aseguradoras mediante campañas-
  • Realizar llamadas de servicio que brinden al cliente empresarial, confianza en el servicio de PROTE GT
  • Realizar cotizaciones y solicitud de emisiones
  • En la elaboración de cotizaciones enviar cuando menos a 5 Aseguradoras para obtener un comparativo confiable, y tenerlo listo y revisado
  • En los comparativos a entregar mencionar claramente las mejoras y/o coberturas que enriquecen la póliza.
  • Mantener actualizados los datos fiscales de los clientes. (Constancias Fiscales actualizadas y otros).
  • Comunicación constante con el área de Cobranza para mantener una cobranza sana.
  • Mandar un correo con el aviso de póliza entregada a Cobranza, para que se inicie el proceso de Cobranza. En un período máximo de 1 día.
  • Hacerle llegar al cliente sus pólizas y otros documentos en un período de 1 día de haberlos recibido
  • Realizar slip de Renovación
  • Realizar cita con el cliente para programación de pago.
  • Revisar las propuestas y % de comisión y retroalimentar a Dirección General de hallazgos importantes que puedan afectar al cliente o a PROTE GT.

ACTIVIDADES PRIORITARIAS

  • Renovaciones
  • Generar de SICAS Reporte de renovaciones 90 días antes del vencimiento
  • Revisar póliza anterior, endosos y movimientos y actualizar coberturas, deducibles y sumas aseguradas junto con el cliente para realizar el SLIP. Tiempo:
  • Al menos 60 días antes del vencimiento.
  • Elaborar SLIP final y salir a cotizar a mercado 50 días antes del vencimiento, cotizar en al menos 5 compañías de seguros
  • Revisar propuestas de aseguradoras y negociar comisiones, condiciones especiales, sumas aseguradas, deducibles, etc. para que la propuesta quede acorde a los requerimientos solicitados en el SLIP. Tiempo: 30 días antes del vencimiento.
  • Elaborar comparativo final incluyendo: sumas aseguradas y propuestas de aseguradoras, deducibles y coaseguros, resumen de coberturas.
  • Presentar propuesta al cliente junto con el director encargado de la cuenta al menos 21 días antes del vencimiento. Si el cliente solicita alguna modificación o revires, elaborarlos de manera inmediata y presentar nuevamente, máximo 3 días hábiles posteriores a la solicitud.
  • Solicitar y actualizar 492, para la emisión en firme y carta cobertura 15 días antes del vencimiento.
  • Alimentar tareas y mantener actualizada la información en SICAS
  • Comunicados vía WhatsApp de novedades y datos interesantes provenientes de las Aseguradoras para mantener al cliente informado, mediante campañas.
  • Organización de expedientes digitales de los clientes.

Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Administración o afin

Conocimientos necesarios para el puesto:

  • Paquetería Office

  • Experiencia en puesto similar mínimo de 3 años con Cédula A y Cédula B

OFRECEMOS

  • $16,000 a $18,000 pesos mensuales nominales
  • Prestaciones de ley
  • Aguinaldo de 20 días Una vez concluido el periodo de prueba tendrá derecho a un bono de productividad de $6,000 a $8,000 pesos cada trimestre.
