Objetivo del puesto:

El Especialista en EHS es responsable de garantizar que las operaciones de la empresa cumplan con las regulaciones de seguridad, salud y medio ambiente. Este rol implica trabajar en proyectos de obra civil y eléctricos, implementando procedimientos y normativas que promuevan un ambiente laboral seguro y saludable.

Requisitos:

Licenciatura: Ingeniería Industrial, Ambiental o afin.

Conocimientos:

  • Primeros auxilios.
  • Salud industrial y manejo de residuos.
  • Normatividad STPS: DC-3 en normatividad STPS (001, 002, 004, 009, 022, 027, 029, 036, 017, 018, 026, 031).
  • Análisis de Seguridad en el Trabajo (AST).
  • Identificación de Peligros y Evaluación de Riesgos (IPER).
  • Análisis Previo a la Reacción (APR).
  • Conocimiento en brigadas de seguridad.
  • Manejo de tablas dinámicas en Excel.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en proyectos de obra civil y eléctricos.
  • Cursos/Cualificaciones: Curso Eco 0680. Diplomado en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo.

Responsabilidades:

  • Implementar y supervisar programas de seguridad, salud y medio ambiente en los proyectos.
  • Realizar capacitaciones en primeros auxilios y respuesta ante emergencias.
  • Evaluar y monitorear el cumplimiento de normativas y regulaciones EHS.
  • Realizar auditorías periódicas en las obras para asegurar el cumplimiento de requisitos EHS.
  • Coordinar brigadas de seguridad y capacitaciones relacionadas.
  • Reportar incidentes y análisis de causa raíz para la mejora continua.

  • Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y de forma independiente.
  • Capacidad de comunicación efectiva y liderazgo.
  • Análisis crítico y resolución de problemas.
  • Proactividad y atención al detalle.
