Asegurar la correcto funcionamiento de la base de datos de configuración (CMDB) a través de la operación del proceso de IT Configuration Management Management basado en la herramienta ServiceNow y las mejores prácticas de ITIL; apoyar en la implementación de proyectos de mejora de servicios para I&O TI; con el fin de soportar la correcta implementación de los procesos de la compañía dependientes de la CMDB y así asegurar la disponibilidad, calidad y entrega de los servicios hacia los usuarios del área.

  • Responsabilidades: 1. Analizar e apoyar con la documentación de solicitudes de cambio para nuevas y existentes clases de CMDB. 2. Apoyar a los equipos en la entrega de cambios de activos de configuración en la CMDB, asegurando el cumplimiento de la documentación y procesos relacionados. 3. Participar con el equipo los equipos de Arquitectura, Operación y Soporte en el mapeo y modelado de habilitadores (servicios de TI) en la CMDB 4. Participar en los procesos de reconciliación de la información de la CMDB, integrando procesos de descubrimiento y otras fuentes de información para mantener una CMDB actualizada y eficiente. 5. Trabajar de forma coordinada con el resto de los dueños de procesos de ITSM (Incidentes, Solicitudes, Cambios, Problemas y Liberaciones) para promover la correcta alineación e integración de la CMDB a sus procesos. Resultados esperados: 1. Ejecución del proyecto de habilitación de los módulos de CMDB con la herramienta ServiceNow 2. Cumplimiento con los KPIs de salud de la CMDB 3. Implementación de mejoras al proceso de Gestión de Configuraciones 4. Operación e Infraestructura de TI 2 años 2. Gestión de CMDB 1 año 3. Experiencia en el uso de ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM) 1 año (Deseable) Observaciones adicionales: Orientación al logro de objetivos.
