Descripción del Puesto:

Empresa de Montacargas en Guadalajara está en búsqueda de un Gerente Administrativo proactivo y con habilidades de liderazgo para gestionar y supervisar las operaciones administrativas de la empresa. Esta posición requiere una persona con capacidad para manejar diversas responsabilidades y coordinar un equipo de trabajo con el fin de optimizar el funcionamiento diario de la empresa.

Responsabilidades:

  • Supervisar y coordinar las actividades del personal a cargo, incluyendo a una vendedora, un coordinador de ventas y el personal de limpieza.
  • Contratar y gestionar nuevos miembros del equipo, como choferes y almacenistas.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa.
  • Gestionar el presupuesto y controlar los costos operativos.
  • Supervisar la administración de recursos materiales y servicios generales.
  • Desarrollar y mantener relaciones con proveedores y clientes.
  • Elaborar informes periódicos sobre el desempeño administrativo y financiero.
  • Proponer y aplicar estrategias para la mejora continua de las operaciones administrativas.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia previa en un puesto similar.
  • Habilidades de liderazgo y gestión de equipos.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y tomar decisiones.
  • Conocimientos en ingeniería mecánica (Licenciatura en Mecatrónica, Mecánica o afín).
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización.
