Nuestro cliente, una compañía de alto nivel con operaciones estratégicas en México, busca un Gerente de Datos con fuerte visión ejecutiva, habilidades de liderazgo y profunda experiencia en la gestión de proyectos tecnológicos y de datos. El rol tendrá como objetivo orquestar e impulsar proyectos de alto impacto relacionados con inteligencia artificial, gestión de bases de datos, soluciones en la nube y plataformas como SAP, generando valor a través de la analítica, la tecnología y la toma de decisiones basada en datos.

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Liderar la estrategia integral de datos y analítica a nivel corporativo.
  • Orquestar y supervisar una cartera de más de 25 proyectos simultáneos en diversas áreas funcionales (operaciones, finanzas, comercial, supply chain, etc.).
  • Coordinar la ejecución eficiente de proyectos relacionados con IA, SAP, bases de datos y soluciones en la nube.
  • Dirigir un equipo de 5 gerentes de área y un total de 30 colaboradores, promoviendo una cultura de alto rendimiento, colaboración y enfoque en resultados.
  • Establecer e implementar KPIs estratégicos y operativos para medir el impacto de los proyectos de datos.
  • Colaborar con la alta dirección para comunicar hallazgos, propuestas y resultados de manera clara, ejecutiva y orientada al negocio.
  • Asegurar la adecuada gobernanza de datos, calidad de la información y disponibilidad para toma de decisiones.
  • Gestionar recursos, tiempos y prioridades en entornos de alta complejidad tecnológica.
  • Coordinar con áreas de TI para la alineación entre infraestructura, seguridad y capacidades analíticas.
  • Visitar de manera periódica la planta en Saltillo para alinear necesidades operativas y oportunidades de mejora basadas en datos.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería, Tecnologías de la Información, Ciencias Computacionales o afín. Posgrado deseable (MBA, Maestría en Analítica, etc.).
  • Experiencia mínima de 10 años en roles de TI, datos o analítica avanzada, con al menos 5 años liderando equipos gerenciales.
  • Experiencia comprobada en proyectos de datos SR., inteligencia artificial, SAP y tecnologías cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Sólidas habilidades de liderazgo, toma de decisiones, comunicación ejecutiva y gestión de equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Experiencia en la implementación y monitoreo de reportes e indicadores clave (KPIs).
  • Dominio de bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales, así como herramientas de visualización y análisis.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en ambientes de alta exigencia y con múltiples prioridades.
