Responsabilidades:

  • Dirigir y supervisar todas las operaciones de la empresa para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos estratégicos y financieros.
  • Representar legalmente a la empresa en asuntos corporativos y tributarios.
  • Desarrollar e implementar políticas y procedimientos internos para mejorar la eficiencia y efectividad de la organización.
  • Gestionar y liderar el equipo de contabilidad y finanzas, asegurando el cumplimiento de las normativas contables y fiscales.
  • Elaborar y presentar reportes financieros y análisis económicos a la alta dirección.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento tributario y la correcta aplicación de las normativas fiscales vigentes.
  • Coordinar y supervisar auditorías internas y externas.
  • Asesorar en materia contable, tributaria y legal a las diferentes áreas de la empresa.
  • Participar en la toma de decisiones estratégicas y en la planificación a largo plazo de la empresa.
  • Mantener relaciones con clientes, proveedores y otras partes interesadas clave.

Requerimientos:

  • Título universitario en Contabilidad, Finanzas, Derecho Tributario o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 10 años en gestión de firmas de servicios profesionales.
  • Experiencia en una empresa de nivel Tier 3.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en derecho tributario y fiscalidad corporativa.
  • Experiencia como representante legal de una empresa.
  • Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo y gestión de equipos.
  • Dominio de herramientas de software contable y financiero.
  • Habilidades de comunicación efectiva y capacidad para negociar.
  • Proactividad y capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma.
  • Experiencia en el mundo corporativo y en la gestión de operaciones a nivel internacional.
